My parcel is booked, tracking number is[protected], in the name of Rekha jindal. From 5 days is showing last destination Gurgaon. Number which is updated in website trying to contact but number not working.Customer complaint us continuuesly. What the problem? Why you are not deliver the parcel to customer? When it will delivered? It's been 5 days u kept a parcel with you without delivery . What is this, customer already created big issue.want this urgent basis plz deliver it as soon as possible

My courier with AWB[protected] is not yet delivered to the receiver. There is not appropriate tracking details, or atleast approximate time of delivery.Dont know what happened to my items. Nobody is picking the call.
Please help. Or I will have to go to consumer court.

We have not received timely delivery of tracking number :46825296. He has mis behaved with on matter of late delivery. He told we have staff shortage. I have informed that at least you have to call us. He said pls next time don't sent cover through our company.
At least postman is calling but company like you is doing like this.

I have sent a parcel for Talegaon on 31 March 2021 and it has still not reached there. The agency owner of Kandivali Mr. OM Prakash said it will reach destination in 2 days and hence the parcel was handed over. Now he is not ready to answer the calls and is speaking in an unprefessional manner. The parcel contains gift and some sweets which had to be delivered before 4 April 2021 since it was sent for birthday. Saturday I called to enquirew about the parcel, I was told that it will be delivered today morning and when I tracked the parcel, it is reached Pimpri office at 9.36am on 3rd April 2021 and the status is still the same today. When called at Andheri office, they said the parcel reached their office on 2nd April 2021. Why was the parcel kept for 2 days in Kandivali office? Is this the service you provide? if you cant deliver things on time dont promise your customers. Absolutely pathetic and disgusting service.

Courier sent from jalandhar to mumbai, with track id show in transit at new delhi, send from jalandhar to mumbai in november, from last 7 days not get positive response, they said its 4 month back courier, unable to find. delhi courier & jalandhar courier blame each other. Customer will sue if not get back his docs. Its very important. Pod no.[protected].

There were 2 consignments from Bangalore to Gujarat It was specifically mentioned that 1 consignment contains important documents and other a TV remoteThe consignment with important documents was not received when we contacted the centres for gujarat, they said its not recieved from main centre.
When we contacted the main centre they said they have clubbed the both consignments and sent. But we recieved only one consignment.

And now no one is ready to take responsibility!!!

Parcel received and out for delivery in bangalore on 5th, and after 5 days, nothing. Never received any call, tried 100 times + to reach out all possible number mentioned in website. Never ever reachable any number.

Some said, "maze karo and disconnect call when inquired about parcel"
Worst service and can't raise complain via website as c. Note number telling not valid.

All numbers are either fake or not reachable at all, no call nor contacts with any courier guys. Reached and out of delivery since 5 days but never received product.

I have dispatched one courier docket no.[protected] to reena metre, the ivy apartments, b-301, a block, sushant lok-1, gurgaon-122002, haryana on 15th june 2020. And still it is not delivered to the given address. The courier company is saying that we don't have courier boys to deliver. They are bnot taking any kind of responsibilities.

The official shipment has been sent on 14/01/20 via maruti air courier to hydrabad. The same is reached by 16/01/20. But the given address is only 5 k. M. From the courier office but the shipment still not received.

My name divyesh sinojiya from surat.
I have been courier mobile to my sister as a gift from surat to ahmedabad.

My sister received a parcel through maruti air courier,
When the parcel was opened, it was shocking to see the mobile phone was missing. Only my gift packaging awailable, and on the place of my mobile, empty box was their with some plastic bags. I went to the courier office to register a complaint, but the booking people in office didn't accept the complaint.
I have been registered police complaint of this incident also.
But,
From maruti air courier, not received any response.

My father had sent medicine from cuttack, odisha to hinjewadi, pune through maruti courier.
The delivery address was my office address.
After 15 days also i didn't get any delivery and upon calling the delivery boy and he even refused to deliver in home address also that is in wakad.
This is worst service considering the medicine has to be delivered.

I have sent my courier on 6/8/19. The courier contained rakhi and sweets. We were assured that the courier will reach within 3 days. Now the sweets are damaged. The tracking shows that it is in allahabad from 13/8/19 till now. I want my refund for my courier charges as well as my sweets money. Also the allahabad courier are not picking up the phone.

I have send rakhi from maruti air courier & cargo company from raipur on 03/08/2019 to faizabad (U. P.). When i track that online it's showing that it has been forwarded from lucknow to faizabad on 06/08/2019. But when i contacted faizabad distributor, he told me that i haven't received it till now. What should i do as rakshabndhan is on 15th.

I recently sent a courier through this company, to be exact i sent it on 28th evening. They charged me 250 rs 100 rs more than normal speed courier but i wanted it to be delivered as soon as possible. Even though was promised that my courier will be delivered next day to ahmendabad, it was delayed by three days. At the time of writing this complain it's already the third day and the ahmedabad courier department said they will delivery it tomorrow so basically its gonna take 4 days in total. They lied to me as they said it will be delivered in max 2 days and also took more money from me, basically they are cheats and fraud. When i asked for refund their courier people replied to me in wrong tone.

Worst service. When i called the bangalore hub the lady said they deliver only once in a week. For urgent parcel which has reached bangalore on 18th march it is taking 1 week to reach the address just because maruthi couriers dont service. I wont recommend anyone to use this courier service. It was my bad i sent it through this i should have taken bluedart. I expect your reply on the complain atleast. And please try and make the delivery of parcel[protected] on urgent basis today itself. Its really urgent.

Mr. Yogeah a currior person had very abusive behaviour with ladies while delivering parcel. Shouted and threatening to residence bz he got called from his office not to deliver parcel on time. Mr. Yogesh's behaviour was horrible towards residential and ladies without adequate reason. Mr. Yogesh is delivering currior in ahmedabad city, paldi area. When we asked his name politely and to stop abusing words, he replied his name and confidently asked us to call anywhere nothing would be happen to him.

I sent a courier on 17.12.2018 from hyderabad to meerut by air. I am very disappointed with the service provided. My parcel did not reach till 22.12.2018 so i sent a person from meerut to collect at the branch. The parcel was torn with a sharp tool and the products were missing. These products were related to our holy beliefs and still got stolen. This is the biggest drawback of your services if the product is not reaching to the customer. Also, your employee in meerut branch were very rude when we questioned them. As a regular & loyal customer, i demand for a strong action against this..

I havent received my package, your mumbai, vile parle branch received my package on 10th november 2018 and they promised to deliver it today on 12th. I called them several times and they told me that the delivery guy is on the way. I paid extra money to my supplier in bangelore to get this product deliver faster and he trusted your company and this is the worst service i have received so far. Please resolve this asap. I need my product delivered maximum by tomorrow
