Dear team
i purchased wagnor cng from tcs sector 6 faridabad and from the date of purchase it has been a problem to me sometimes it has a problem with its brakes or clutch or something else . recently on 17 aug 2023 i gave my car to bodyshop and since then they have not started the procedure yet also they are just procrastinating and they intimated the complaint to claim company after 3-4 days on 21 aug this behaviour is very disappointing also when i call and ask the status of car they dont answer properly. you have a very poor customer services and very disappointing i want you to take against as soon as possible.till now there is no solution to my problem kindly resolve this issue . supervisor naresh pal answers the call and never talks properly if my problem will not resolve soon then i have to take my step forward to social media handles .

May I request you to replace my Vehicle with new one, otherwise I will go to Consumer form, because it is manufacturing problem. It is quite surprising that I am suffering from last one year and nobody is able to resolve this problem, customer has to suffer unnecessarily which also malign the brand name of reputed companies like yours.

A line of confirmation on the above shall be highly appreciated.

        Hello this is gaurav from ahmedabad, i bought a new ecco 5 seater with air bag ac car from popular aashram road branch on april 23, 2019.
        That car silencer was already damaged in bottom side and while i ask a question your distributor chirag he said that this is a updated car so all good no issue.
        But while we check the car it is already perfect.

            My car starting problems. Broken a trafic panium. Befor car sielencer make very heet on way at 20minite driving. Sawroom change trafic panium and injuctor and make a big billing.               I purchesed my maruti eeco in oct.10. before this eeco i have used wagon-R nearly 5 years.
              after purchasing eeco i incresed middle seat hight upto neck on 2nd day only.
              After using the car for few kelometers i noticed that persons seating in car exprience so much jurks
              on normal smooth roads and on highway when your speed reach at 40-50km/hr.
              So i put extra foam sheet on seat. now jurks minimised for 10%.
              on my 1st & 2nd service i told this problem at service center. they told me that
              shock absorbers are new and after using,problem will be solve.
              After 1 year i wrote this problem to maruti on there website.
              whitin 3-4 days i was called by service center.they give me trail on onther eeco.
              which they are using.and told me that, They cant Do Anything in this matter.
              Because this is PRODUCT PROBLEM.
              Shock Absorber used in the car are Poor Qulity.
              Also Suspention Sestym is old type.
              So problem will be remain as it is.
              Now i think that Maruti fitted Versa Body on there Omni model and gave name EECO.
              I Request Maruti that take some extra money but improve the comfort o[censored]sers.
              I want solution for this problem.

                Respected Sir,

                I the undersign own MARUTI EECO GJ 16 AP 640 since October 2010 and have travelled only 14000 KM only by my car. I had purchased from KIRAN MOTORS BARODA, GUJARAT.

                On 16 september when i was travelling by car from AHMEDABAD TO BARODA via EXPRESSWAY the car suddenly got breakdown jamming the rear wheels of my car.My entire family could have lost life if any heavy vehicle had passed at that moment as the car suddenly stopped from 80 kmph to standstilL within second. I had to toe the car during Night hours at about 12 midnight to NADIAD TOLL BOOTH ON EXPRESSWAY. The car was toed again on the next day i.e. 17 september to AMAR CARS, NADIAD.

                There is some serious problem in the vehicle manufactured by you and the same should be rectified in the new vehicles manufactured at your plant, rectifying my car under warranty with no extra cost.

                The above statement is on record at your workshop which can be clear from the fact that you have replaced me with new set of front tyres during warranty period, the set of front tyres had been Replaced after travelling only 13000 to 14000 km due to undue wear and tear of tyres.

                I am facing serious problem as I have to travel around 160 km daily which is not possible due non availability of my car and I am forced to stay in hotels to attend my job.

                Hoping to do the needful at the earliest.

                  i had brought brand new maruti Ecco (5 seater a/c) in Nov 2010. Car dealer is Spectra motors , Mumbai.
                  after buying this new car were break down 3 time in recent last 4 month. my car is driven by me & my daddy . total car running is 15,000 km +. but i found 3 major issues in my car as bellow.

                  1. 2 time my car got over temperature because of coolant water liq.
                  2.after 5,000 km ran of my car front tyre goan bad shape, in fact i personally highlight this issue to service adviser.
                  3. worst clutch operation from purchase this car, in all 3 free service i request to service provider please soul this issue. after that they couldn't. now my car is break down for the same reason on highway. due to clutch failed.

                  you guys just imagine if i own this car bran new from Maruti trust, so how can my car break down 3 time in seven month since i brought?
                  how my family react ?
                  & what will be my own status in society ?


                  now my car is submitted in Simran Motor (authorize Maruti) at Panvel,Maharashtra.

                  I request to 'Maruti car Manufacturer' please soul all this issue or give me a replace another car.
                  or replace my car tyre,clutch and more with new warranty.


                  other wise keep my car with you only, i don't wanna my money back.

                    The maruti vehicle EECO purchased in hard cash stopped within a run of 04 kilometers after purchasing and taking delivery. when contacted the dealer Vipul Motors at Udyog Vihar, Phase 03, Gurgaon nobody responded to my satisfaction. Some how respected General Manager Mr. Sinha he also cut the phone making us believe that we were homeless and hopeless at that paraticular time on road along with my family and the new family vehicle purchased in hard cash after lot of planning and in belief that my commuting with family problem was over.

                      I want to move your attention towards some weakness of this model(eeco). From the day of purchased i had seriously felt the problem of disbalancing of the viehcle and not on top speed but also when the car take sharp round.
                      There are a big problem of closing the doors from inside there are no handles so its lock is used for closing the doors. The sliding doors are so noisy.
                      THE major problem with the car the tyres,,,,
                      MY car tyres is completely rubbed from inside,, i had all my first three services from A M MOTORS lawrence road new delhi, it is fully automatic authrised srevice station of maruti suzuki. I have done periodically tyres rotation from front to rear and i have also done the wheel allignment from there but i dont know why the inside layer of rear tyres is rubbing.
                      Actually the condition of the tyres is so bad and i can`t bear the new tyres as well as i know about the maruti suzuki their products haven`t performed like this. I REQUEST to you please take a good and quick action as soon as possible.

                      Maruti EEKO — Fraudalent SALE by MARKETING TIMES

                      I bought a new car DL3c BL 6875 by EEKO, by Maruti at Marketing times on Monday - 28th March, 2011.

                      I was fraudalent given a piece which had a dent and the door is not working. Further the sale and insurance is of date 27th march. The car was sold through their salesman Intekabh - calls to him are not being returned.

                      This is the 2nd time, this dealer has sold a car by making false promises.

                      Please have this addressed and also inspected by the MARUTI FRAUD DEPARTMENT.

                      maruti eeco — WRONG SALE

                      I bought a new car DL3c BL 6875 by EEKO, by Maruti at Marketing times on Monday - 28th March, 2011.

                      I was given a car without any waiting - though i was told EEKO is on 11 weeks waiting - i was also informed that there is one piece that can be available immediately.

                      Both these things were completely wrong.

                      I was fraudalent given a piece which had a dent and the door is not working. Further the sale and insurance is of date 27th march. The car was sold through their salesman Intekabh - calls to him are not being returned.

                      This is the 2nd time, this dealer has sold a car by making false promises.

                      Please have this addressed and also inspected by the MARUTI FRAUD DEPARTMENT.

                      Is there a site for MARUTI COMPLAINTS or a customer care process to follow up.

                          It was a great disaster of buying Maruti Eco from LMJ Services Jodhpur. Here are some problems described to make you aware and come across the issue of dissatisfaction.

                          Problem Facing :

                          1. Glass up-down Machine of RHS front having critical noise
                          2. Rear LHS door is Jam.
                          3. Knocking at front shocker side.
                          4. Keys are very tight.

                          Here your dealer LMJ is really a shame to dealer service ethics. Huge staff / machenics here are not able to sort out my problem and even not listening. Most of the time they talk about the unavailability of parts.

                          I don't think, it is justified reply of not having parts available. Workshop staff behaving ridiculous. Senior of them are not serious to their job.

                          What should I do now, of having a KHATARA BRAND NEW EECO.

                          I would like to be communicated on my mobile [protected] from you about this issue and its solution.

                          I am waiting till monday to redress my complaint. Else I will have to think for the alternate remedy.
