This has reference to vehicle loan for Maruti - Omni E, vehicle no. BR16M - 5042, purchased in the name of Mrs. Bhubneshwari Singh, address : 133 AA, Kalpanapuri, near Nirman bharti school, Adityapur, Jamshedpur, on 06/05/2000.

Loan amout has been paid in the year 2005 and also we received NOC copy

Request you to please issue a duplicate NOC copy for loan completion as the original copy...

Poor response from Service center

I take my maruti omni E No GJ6 BL 6239 to Amar cars for rutin paid service and I have free service voucher which we by from them as combo pack.They take car for service on 18th Sep 9.40 AM and delivery time give 19th Sep 4.00 PM. But when I call for status after 10-11 calls I don't get any possitive reply from them.Than at 7.00 PM workshop person tell me the work is going on and he call me after complition of...

starting problem

for the last ten days my van is starting with low power and shaky noise in the morning and after a gap of 2 hrs standing idle. I had got my batteries inspected, changed the spark plugs and air filter. It is giving no smoky emmission but a few water drops come out of the silencer tail end in the morning.Also the old spark plugs although changed were okay with almost no carbon or oil deposits.What could be the reason...

Extended Warranty

I inquired about the extended warranty under the following circumstances.

My vehicle was serviced at Rani Motors recently for overheating problem. It was diagnosed that the engine valve has burned & the same was rectified. I was charged for repairing/replacing of the valves.
