Replacement of steering issue

As per the subject, i have a Baleno zeta petrol varient, 2017 model, vehicle no# KA41MA9385, and the Maruti Suzuki has recalled over an issue with the steering and stated (For vehicles without warranty, the steering column will be replaced by the company under the goodwill.) and i am facing issue with steering so took car to maruthi showroom at hospet, but the service station employee refused to place order steering parts, stating...

I have bought a maruti baleno zeta version just 8 months back. I am very sad about this vehicle. I have paid 9 lakh 15 thousand for the vehicle and fitted extra 1 lakh items from the company. After 4 months the vehicle body start to be bend. Right now 5 or 6 place body got bend. Also inside the vehicle some of the parts cracked. I already been complaint to the dealer and the nexa regional manager in kerala. Until i havent get any response. So i am going to be file a case on this issue in consumer court. The body which company made very very thin. Incase this vehicle had an accident there is no safety for the passengers.

    I had booked a baleno delta petrol model(Premium blue) colour on Novemeber 2, 2015 at the Kochi Nexa(Sai service) showroom. I was informed of the delivery to be 1.5 months. However 2 months have passed and still no confirmation on when I would be receiving the vehicle. Its being informed to me that delta models are not being sent by the manufacturer to the dealer and the ones that are being sent is only the diesel version and not the petrol model. Also I am informed that my chosen color of the vehicle is not being sent. I think these are just fake reasons being given to me and the vehicles could have been given to other customers without looking at the priority. I can see this car has already been distributed to various customers at different places. The dealer also says that one the car is allotted to me by the manufacturer it would take another 2 weeks to reach kochi. So it looks like it may take upto another 1 month of time which would be 3 months delivery time. Pretty poor service! Please take this complaint on priority and resolve the same.
