AC not working (Air not blowing through one Port)

I have purchased new XL6 Zeta MT model in the month of May2022 with registration number PB07BE4444, and within one year AC working issues started as out of 04 ports given on dashboard one is completely not working (no air through this port), I went to raise a customer complaint but failed as Nexa website has not entitled Punjab as state and Hoshiarpur as city in their drop down list for dealer information, then i called customer care of Nexa and after a long conversation they also denied to file the complaint.
So i want complete analysis of failure of product function as it is most critical category defect of product with the solution / rectification.

Selling used cars to customers

Hello,
I purchased my new car s cross (Diesel alpha_bs4) model from your authorized dealer name - mahalaxmi automotive vehicle pvt ltd magarpatta, pune - 411028.
Delivery date 23 aug 2020 ; time : 7.30 p. M.
When i received my new car i observed the car cross the running of 887 km (Photo attached), tires are used and dirty, when i open bonnet oil spread on entire engine, stepny tire was used one, gear leather cover was damaged, back side black tray was damaged, front side both light gets scratches, etc, number of problems
Still i receive my car as per manger requested to fix all these things by tomorrow. But when i revisit to that showroom he is ignoring me and playing like a football. He ask me to talk with company directly.
This is really bad experience from nexa dealer. How can i take a new car which runs 887 km.
I am taking continuous follow-up with showroom manager but there is no any response from him. I tried to contact nexa customer care but not able to reach out as incorrect number.
Request you to look into this serious issue and support me to fix the things.
I request them to replace all the tires including stepheny tire. Replace gear leather cover and fix the engine oil leakage issue and all the damage’s fix proper.
And most important need to explanation on 887 km running. Its really like harassment for me because i have to visit 3 to 4 times to that showroom.
Please find the attached customers reviews, customer paid payment for new car, but mahalaxmi showroom selling used and old car.
Fraud persons name working in mahalaxmi nexa :
1 - general manager - swapnil.
2- sales executive - ahmad
These two person cheat every customers. Please check attached customers reviews about these two person.
