I am holding a Massey tractor of Model No. 244 DYNA TRACK it is having trouble in diesel pump its throwing black smoke and its RPM is also drop So i would like to request you to look after this complaint as soon as possible and fix the problem soon or else i will have to take an action toward this situation so please look after this and fix this as soon as possible. Dear Sir,
I am a messey farguson tractor holder .My tractor model number is -Messey Farguson 7250, Chasis no is -MEABAF69KL2318363, Engine no is-S325 5L15770.I would like to inform you that I bought this tractor from Binod Auto Agencies, Barpeta Road .But now a days this dealer is not available .My tractor has been defecting since 15 days.Due to this reasons I am unable to contact the delar to provide a mechanical service.When the Company sold this tractor to me they assured me that mechanical services will be available 24 hour's and when I want mechanical services mechanic will come to my doorstep but till now I am unable to get mechanical services.Yesterday I spoke this issue to the Messey Ferguson helpline number but I am failed to get proper resolution.Now I cordially request to the higher authority please take necessary action against this fraudulent.

it is for your information that on 10/05/2021 i bought a massey Farguson tractor model no- 7250, Engine no- S325.5L48276, Chassis no-MEABAF69BM2346446 from the phoenix automobiles sales & service ( p) Ltd.But till now i am not getting my tractor Registration certificate.Due to this issue i have been facing too many problems.i have been visiting the phoenix automobiles sales & service ( p) Ltd office since 7 month .But
everytime the office staff of this delar have refused to help me in my matter.In this reason i spoke this matter to the Massey Ferguson helpline number but they failed to resolve my matter.I have been getting harassment from Delar and Massey Ferguson . What should I do now? What is my fault .why they assured me that after two month from the date of purchase date i will get my tractor Registration certificate But till now i am not getting my tractor Registration certificate . Now i cordially request to Indian government please take necessary action against this fraudulent

बैजनाथ जाट/पोखर निवासी—सतवाड़ा, पोस्ट—राजमहल, तहसील—देवली, जिला—टोंक, राजस्थान (भारत) पीन नम्बर 304804 द्वारा आपके डिलर त्रिमुर्ति शिव टेक्टर एजेंसी, देवली (बदरी लाल चौधरी—[protected]) के यहां से Massey Ferguson 245/DI (Engine SSSi No. DJ/SJ327A33410) दिनांक 19 जून 2018 को खरीदा था। परन्तु एक साल से अधिक समय होने के बाद भी आपके डिलर द्वारा दस्तावेज नही दिया गया है। वह बार—बार आपकी कम्पनी द्वारा दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नही होना बता रहा है। जिससे आपकी कम्पनी की छवी खराब हो रही है।

अत: आप द्वारा इस शिकायत पर यदि समय रहते उचित कदम नही उठाया गया तो Massey Ferguson कम्पनी एवं आपके डिलर पर उपभोगता अधिनियम के तहत कानूनी कार्यवाही की जायेगी। जिसका सारा हर्जाना आदि द्वारा ही वहन किया जायेगा।

Dear sir i purchased a mf 1035 di tractor from nagaur motors & tractors on 07.06.2018 on first birthday of my grand son as per talked with nagaur motor company nagaur they said the cost of new 1035 di cost will be 471000/- but when we reached for purchased tractor their salesman said you are purchasing tractor in finance so you have to pay 496000/- but then my problem is birth day of my grand son so i have to purchased and paid 496000/- but when i asked to different price in cash or finance they sales man angry and delivered tractor in dusty condition attached photo graph lastly i said for bill insurance and service dairy bcoz i have to go 70 km far from kuchaman they said i will mail your bill insurance today 07.06.2018 they promise me i have already said i will purchase tractor when you give me bill insurance todays date 07.06.2018 they agree, so i purchased tractor and paid 489000/- cheque and 7000/- case next day 08.06.2018 i called and whatsapp both dealer because i did not received bill insurance but lastly they did not send bill insurance 08.06.2018 i received trc message yesterday i call again i did not received bill insurance they told me i made bill insurance on 08.06.2018 so sir how can is that possible they delivered tractor without insurance i purchase tractor 07.06.2018 my grandson birth day how can they change date
