Warranty claim for Watch bought through Myntra app

Recently I have bought a watch in Myntra app which is of Mast and harbour company.
I worked only for few days. After the expiry of the return period it stopped working. When contacted the helpline of Myntra didn't get a satisfactory answer.
Please help me in claiming the warranty...

I bought this product in Feb 2023 and it STOPPED WORKING although it have an one year warranty.
