After Lot of complaints never respond not through Email or call. Always App says Network not in use, when tried reaching e-mail no response, when we call also no response, Need to take a strict action against them on Cheating and Fraud case.

I am following up with match point gps to reactivate my gps which got cancelled due to non kyc but they have not resolved the issue. Its been 6 months but no response from them. Worst part is they dont have any number where customer can contact.
They have one number on which If customer calls, we get automated message that match point gps will contact again but no one calls .

Waiting for network to restore
My Matchpoint GPS Tracker was not working from last one month and showing as "Waiting for Network to Restore" in Mobile Application.
I tried reaching out to Matchpoint GPS Customer Care and Watsapp number provided. In watsapp they will respond like one of member from support team will reach out to me. Not even a person responding from their team as of now.
I request Matchpoint Team to resolve the issue.

sir I had exactly the 'waiting for network to restore' problem. And maichpoint customer care does not give any response at all. Or you can say that the matchpoint does not have customer care. But well. The root cause of this problem is 'Your tracker sim cancel or faulti. If you have installed the GPS yourself, then you can reinstall from the service. And if the vehicle is on loan and it is installed on the recommendation of the bank, then contact loan branch.
So does changing the sim to some other provider help ?
In my case also match point gps is waiting for the signal for more than 6 months

My GPS is not working for past 6 months and i have been contacting your customer care and no body is responding. Is this the service you are providing??.

GPS system is not working
I am using Matchpoint GPS from last one year but from last few month GPS is not working properly, I am getting any notifications, I have complained many times but noone helped me from customer care team, recently I have taken 1 year more service, please refund me that money and original money of your device as this is useless for me, my contact number is [protected]

Pathetic Service: Matchpoint gps not working
Hi,
I would like to bring in your notice that I have been using your GPS device in my car for almost last 3.5 years. I noticed that device stopped working, To make a complaint, I gave a missed call on your given support mobile number around 2-3 times then I received a call that your device sim has been deactivated because I didn’t update my KYC.
It is quite shocking for me because my mobile number and email were already updated on matchpoint mobile app but even after that on the name of KYC updates, your team has deactivated my device sim without even prior information and a single followup phone call or final reminder on my mobile. While for selling this product, they called me multiple times on my mobile.
My device is under warranty of 5 years, now your executive told me that engineer will visit and replace that device because sim is deactivated, and I have to pay labour charges!! First of all that you did this deactivation without proper followup . Sending single sms during pandemic time on mobile while everyone was in trouble, also your app is not the only medium to make communication, you are expecting users to check such messages in critical time when people were not using their cars. It is very sad to see that your company is not concerned about customers and their experience at all, putting them in trouble by applying such norms without even checking with customers!!
why should I pay any charges now when device is under warranty of 5 years and also there is no fault and problem in device, if it’s deactivated by your company then it’s your duty to make it active or replaced without any charges!!
I have sent messages 3 times on your WhatsApp number and also gave 2-3 times missed call too but I have not received any single call neither from your Mumbai team nor from your local Delhi NCR team. It shows very unprofessional service and behavior from the company.
No message response, no assurance timelines like when it will be done.
I am very much disappointed!! Please do the needful ASAP and make active the sim of my device or replace it.

HDFC forced to purchase MatchPoint
Hello Team,
my tracking device is not working and now no one is responding to the call nor there is any reply to the mail.
I am paying for a system that is not active.
I have paid around 23K for the system and HDFC forced us to take the plan.
Now no one takes the responsibility.

This happens to me also. HDFC employees not responding properly.
Same thing happened with me too. They said that they deactivated the sim of device due to no KYC updates, while I already updated my details on app. Also there is no mandatory KYC required in this and no rule to deactivate any device without informing the user!! It’s such a pathetic and unprofessional service, please don’t buy any device from this company and Shame them on social media!! Such a horrible experience!! I have called them multiple times, sent sms on WhatsApp and also sent mails but no response now!!

HDFC gave Matchpoint GPS bundled with the Loan now its not working

Tracker not working
My matchpoint GPS has not worked in over a month, my emails have been ignored. All my calls are unanswered. I am at my wits end and do not know who to approach. Having invested over 20 k in this product was a mistake for which I am regretting. I have even sent mails to the MD MR. Amin. However even he has not bothered to reply.

I have intalled Matchpoint GPS device in my car in 2020 any now there i have to update Kyc for the usage of that device for which there i faces some issues and have to to contact Matchpoint GPS team from last one month as the toll free no. does not exist which they shown on there page and the no. Which is [protected] i have tried so only got a message that we will reach you but theres no call back. After that i mailed on their's help desk mail id but they didnt respond there as well. So the worst experience i have faced with this type of service. Really shamefull matchpoint team because its all about the security of my vehicle if you guys was not responding at the same time how would i feel that my car is in safe hand. Please arrange a callback from your side on my [protected] this no.

I have purchased a subscription for 5 years and device stopped working in less than 2 years. Customer care is not responding. If called will get a text message saying I'll get a call back but no calls. They don't respond to emails aswell. I have sent many emails.

I request you to plz go through my trail mails. I am continuously chasing your team from last 6-7 days but I don’t know why they are ignoring me.
My car BR-06- BJ-3092 GPS is not working at all from last 6 days and in my area theft activity is on peak.
From last week I have written 31 emails to [protected]@matchpointgps.com. And [protected]@mgps.com but nether on toll free number nor on whatsup Chat and not even on 31 emails done by me ;no one responded.
This is complete unacceptable and pathetic service which I have never expected from a brand like Matchpoint.
People have shown highly unprofessional attitude and after so many requests and soft reminders over emails they are still rigid to ignored me.
I am harassed totally and very fed up with the service for which I have paid 22000.
I again request you to please look into this at priority and kindly arrange me a technician and a call back on my mobile number [protected].
Mr Farhad/ Mr Amar- I believe that you people are most senior authority of this company and will really solve my issue by tomorrow itself.

Seems like matchpoint GPS company stopped working. I am from Kerla and I am also experiencing the same problem. No response from the company. If any body has any updated contact info please let me know.
HDFC has installed thai GPS in many cars on which they have given loans. Heard that HDFC was forced to pay back the GPS amound to their customers.

Even I am facing same problem like others, the device as stopped working and even after reaching company using mail ID, the employees/company not showing up any responsibility to fix this issue.
If the company is not capable of handling these problems provide refund for device and shut your company to ground.
