All those you were forced to install MATCHPOINTGPS device by HDFC BANK executives at local branches, I have some tremendous GOOD NEWS for you all. Most users of this device are facing product issues or after-sales service which is just pathetic. But not to worry anymore, RBI in an order last year has penalised HDFC BANK for forcing customers to buy this GPS device. RBI has directed HDFC BANK to REFUND the money collected for GPS DEVICE to the customers at the earliest. Get to your loan branch asap and claim your refund now. Cheers !

I have matchpointgps in maruti suzuki tour S car. It was installed july 2018. From last three months i am facing issue that it is not tracking, my car is somewhere it showing where i used to park three months ago.
Gps was installed for 5 years but it stopped working after 4 years, I have done the whole payment for 5 years .
I wrote mail and they replied only once after that it has been 3 months since i am chasing and seeking for reply, screenshot attached, Tried to contact by phone but there is no response .
I have seen so much complaints about matchpoint from multiple customers, neither they support nor respond, no direct contactable, it is totally fraud company which is being run legally .
There should a strict action against them.

I am Prem Shankar customer of MatchpointGPS and gps not working properly from a long time I complained by mail and company mail I’d [protected]@mpgps.com but mail not received by company and mail not received but call to customer care no any satisfaction call . By call one time informed to me gps sim is deactivated because kyc not done. But I want to know what is the kyc process.no any customer care exucutive reply. I mentally harassed by this company. Gps not working

For more than a month I am sending emails that gps is not working and they have 3 standard replies. " If case escalated then bakhand. Technician will visit", " Technician will visit as soon as possible ". Update your kyc. Kyc is done months ago. It's like they are receiving my mail and making fun. And as if saying" Do whatever you want" . I am done with it. This is fraud and legal action must be taken

The GPS device was not working for 2 months after sending the Emails and phone calls no one was responded. I paid 15000 for the device and subscription.

I wanted eighter refund or device to be worked properly

From last 6month your tracker matchpoint gps is not working properly. And i have raised several complaints in this regard but no one turned up to check the issue. Last call i had received from your team was on 12th June 2021, the person informed me technician will be visiting to my location to check the wiring of the tracker or will replace the tracker. But still no one turned up asusal. What is the use of me subscribing for 5years for this stupid tracker which is not working. If i don't receive the resolution within next 48hrs. I will be consumer forum against your organization. My latest request no which is pending is 584646.

I have matchpointgps in honda amaze. It was installed july 2018. From last two months i am facing issue that it is not tracking, my car is somewhere it showing where i used to park two months ago. I wrote mail. Tried to contact by phone but response from company side only false promises before installation for five years. My request is for more than 7 days nobody came for resolving the issue. These many days only one call i got.in app everytime it shows trying for network.
