People place their faith & the lives of their loved ones in the doctors hand and yet they don't blink an eye if a patient loses their life because of one wrong decision, one quick action for doctor's end.
On mar 21st 2017 my mother (Bhupinder kaur) lost her life to pneumonia which she didn't have before admitting her in hospital.
This is a case of sepsis and the hospitals don't report it. It due to medical negligence and hospitals cleanliness if a person is dying because of sepsis and in her reports no where it's mentioned that she caught the infection from hospital due to sepsis and hygiene/cleanliness and sterilization of rooms is not done properly.
On the top of that the attending doctor dr sanjeev gupta (Physician) did not raise an alarm timely and hardly was there to attend her or let us know of condition.
Dr sanjeev gupta (Physician) incorrectly diagnosed her with tb which led to her admission to hospital due to heavy antibiotic dosage. Later on it was detected ild. Why was she given tb medication if she had ild?
One incorrect diagnosis has shattered my life. People consider doctors as the most noble profession. I consider doctors and hospitals as the money making mass murderers with no morals left.
My entire life has changed beyond repair. Their is not one day i don't think that why i admitted my mother in max patpargunj & why we met dr sanjeev.
And max patpargunj start providing the facts about your hospital passing on the hospice infections & the fatalities caused by these hospital induced infections and sepsis. We know you are money making machine but bloody save people lives atleast.
Your icu's has all fresh interns why? Icu is suppose to have critical patients so why not experience people are there?
Who takes the accountability of people losing lives due to hospitals negligence?
Doctors? Management...
I know my mother won't come back, she was just 58 but you guys have no clue of the amount of damage you do the families. If there is god, this has to come back for all the ones who were responsible for her death.
Max patpurgunj you have fatalities because of hospital induced infections, report it and do something for that..

Sir/Madam I got my mother examined in max hospital patparganj on 29th september 2016. I am a dgehs card holder. They conducted a test by the name of Chikungunya PCR for which they charged me rs. 1500. when i sent my file to the deptt. for the reimbursement, they reimbursed rs. 600 only as the rate of this rate for dgehs card holder is rs. 600. when i complained to the hospital about overcharging the amount for the test, they said that the amount of this test is not listed in our rate list for dgehs that is why we have charged the full amount. but i said that you had to charge that amount which is offered to dgehs but they didnt listen to me and all my efforts went in vain. They overcharged me. I am attaching a copy of the bill with my grievance. I would request you to look into this matter and redress my grievance. I expect a prompt solution to my problem. Thank you

My father in law was admitted in max hospital patparganj under doctor praveen pandey. One day dr praveen pandey came and say we will shift in icu for one day for care and also say we can not care in ward then doctor shifted in icu and after one day dr say will take on ventilator. We can not take any risk so i have signed on form for ventilator. After one day i ask to dr praveen pandey when you are shifting in ward and then dr say patient condition is not good so we can not shift in ward. After 4-5 days doctor called me and say we can not do anything more now and he can only live on ventilator only and also say we can't remove from ventilator and say also if you want to shift another hospital then you can shift on your risk. We can not afford hospital bill so discharge from max hospital patparganj and then went to emergency in government hospital. I was shocked when government hospitals dr say he is not live now and died before 24 hrs before. I wanted to urge from people please do not go to this this type of murderers hospital.

My daughter was admitted with symptoms of Fistula. Gynecologist Dr Archana Bachan admitted her to Max Patparganj and referred case to Surgery. Dr Archana Bhacham also said that there can be no tests like MRI to acertain if surgery is required. Surgeon Dr Bachan Singh Bhartwal was adamant to conduct a surgery. We insisted for MRI. Once MRI came in, there were no indications of Fistula. Both Doctors (Dr Archana Bachan & Dr Bachan Singh Bhartwal) were at loss to explain why surgery was required at first place. I would request all to avoid both these doctors at Max Hospital Patparganj.

Hi, I wanted to complaint for assistant of Dr. Neera Aggarwal who harass my wife in the pre labour room in max patparganj on 29 Dec 2014. We were consulting Dr. Rupam Arora and in her absence, Assistant of Neera Agarwal did internal check up of my wife when it was not required. Just to let you know that these internal check ups are being done by doctors only not by assistants. That assistant of Neera Agarwal did not know how to do that.She was gaining her experiance when she is not well verse with that. Dr. Rupam already did that check up same day and there was no requirement of doing that. My wife was crying after her check up.
