My order number is [protected]. I placed an order on 7-10-24. Today is[protected] and my order has not been shipped from MaxFashion.in yet.
I've sent them so many emails but I have not gotten any reply. They've also turned down cancellation option. Now I can't cancel the order on my end. My email id [protected]@gmail.com

I purchased my kid's clothes from max fashion yesterday at mahabubnagar..the staff behaved rudely and no offers were applied for shopping.

October 25th around purchased track pants to my son at Max OMR branch.They didn't provide any hard copy bill and said ebill will sent your mobile.Then If any complaints about size or other check with nearest showroom.this was agreed with sales executive.After single wash the track pant there is a hole and stitched not good passion.Eventually, called the call center nothing turned positively eventhough didn't listen properly what exactly the problem from customer end.they keep on telling the same like stereophonic answer.They tried to sale all the old stocks due to lock down.please do not step in this shop you won't find the quality even if you ordered online too

I had placed an order from max fashions through phone pe app canara bank linked money deducted from my bank order cancelled still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account kindly check n let me know how long it will take to process n transfer my money

I recently visited a Max Fashion brand store in Mumbai at a Mall. This being December month, it's their usual time for the clearance sale with offers like 20%, 30% or even 50% off on select garments.

I was browsing thru their trousers and I found one of my size with original price as some 1100 Rs and there was a clear label on it stating 50% off (It was also placed in section with tag like 50% off) and another label on it showing price now is some 550 Rs.

I picked it up and patiently waited in the queue for about 20 minutes. When I reached the counter the person scanned the code and charged me some 880 rs. I was wondering how come bill was higher than quoted price. For a moment I thought did they add any GST or such taxes but the price was supposed to be inclusive of all taxes.

When asked he said this is only 20% off. There was no much point in arguing on this matter because come what may the scanned price on computer is final.

This may be a trick by Max and such retail stores to first attempt to decoy a customer in creating a buying need and then charging him higher so that out of social pressure one may simply end up buying at the last minute at the counter.

Thank god I returned the product and dropped my plan to buying the same after that incident.

Consumer, be aware of this and double check the sell price in advance before buying.
