I have ordered a product from this site named mayliya shopify but it is old, worn out and it is really in a bad condition. It is totally a fraud site. I want that some legal action to be taken against this fraud website.

I have ordered my product of Rs. 1000 on Instagram from mayliya site .The product I ordered and the product I received are both different and very bad quality and when i want to return and refund there is no trace of this company . how can I take my refund please suggest a solution .

Ordered worth rupees 2000 from this website mayliya.com, on 5th july. The box had old bras in it used and worn out bras and it was sealed had to pay first, complete fraud happened, I want my money back
