Mayur Sitaram Sawant is also doing fraud with me as well by selling fake TVS JUPITER and charging money by using the name of indian army

This is person who giving add in social site about selling his Hinda activa 5G on Rs. 19000/- . he is fraud person. He is sharing all vehicle document & id Proof like RC Book, Pan Card, election card, Photo id, Vehicle Picture also and he is introduce as he has worked in indian Army, Job location is telling us Andheri Airport Mumbai (MH 400053)(Name Is Mayur Sitaram Sawant, Mob No.[protected], [protected], [protected]) Deliver boy Mob No.[protected])..He is also giving Indian Army delivery challan from Mumbai to Pune for shipping and and charged Rs. 1380/- 2nd His delivery boy calling for pick up material and telling us having 50% amount Rs. 9100/- and then telling us some issues about indian army protocal regarding courior. Again requesting to pay Rs. 9100/- then he told us if we are not paying addition penalty charges Rs.10100/- then delivery will get & penalty charges will return at the time of vehicle delivered.

I am requesting ICCF, Please take necessary action on top priority.
This are doing fraud & collecting money from common man.

I also experienced same thing. He is destroying indian army name (Making bad use of identity card of indian army name mr. Mayur sitaram sawant) and making story that..."i am a army and my transfer is taking at kashmir so i want to sell my activa urgently."and 1st he told to sell at 19, 000/-... Then i said that i am a student so i will use thi scooty for college, after this he said that he will also reduce price because i am a student and "tum mere bhai jaise ho" all this kind of sweet words and we have finalized a deal of 10000/- and he became ready for that😅😅. So, send me your adhar card no. And address so tommorow morning we will add to transport... And 1st pay 3020 /- for transportation. But afterwards i search on this then i found complaints about him.
I request everyone to kindly take note of it and don't get caught in such matters.

I would like to inform you that i have seen a post for a used honda activa (Mh-12 qk-8619) on price rs. 25000/- on olx and contacted the person (Mr. Mayur sitaram sawant-[protected]) and came to know he is a cisf constable claimed by him and send the id also so i trusted him and made advance payment of rs.5100 (Through paytm no) after again he called me and asked for 5000 rupees for delivering bike
I have doubt of fraud case so again i didnt transfer and I asked him to cancel my deal and return My money in my account but he got angry and said we do not refund your money .
I am enclosing herewith all details got through him along with all the documents which he send me.its my request you to do the needful and help me.

I would like to inform you that i have seen a post for a used honda activa (Mh-12 qk-8619) on price rs. 19000/- on olx and contacted the person (Mr. Mayur sitaram sawant-[protected]) and came to know he is working in army claimed by him and send the id also so i trusted him and made advance payment of rs. 1380/- (Through google pay no.-[protected]) and after getting dispatch details on army postal slip balance rs. 17, 000 on yesterday. On today i received call from [protected] claiming army postal service delivery department mumbai asked for security money rs. 8100/- which will refund after delivery. I have transferred the amount to google pay no.-[protected] but now they are asking again to deposit rs.8100/- otherwise delivery will not done then i again deposited rs.8100/-.
I have doubt of fraud case so again i didnt transfer but till time i have transferred total amount rs. 17, 830/-

This person post a ad of his activa 5g on facebook. So my dad contact him and he send pictures of his activa with valid proof so we fall for that, then we decided to buy, he told us that bike is in mumbai so he need 1300rs for shipping charges, later he said he'll deduct from the bikes price, so he sent us the receipt and all, then next morning he said transfer 8000rs, but i found this little weird so i search his name on google and i found this complaint of mr. Ram. Thats it he is fraud, i lost 1300 rs
