Mcvities Complaints & Reviews
Digestive Biscuits Packaging
I have been a ‘fan’ of your Digestive Biscuits for years and buy them at least twice a month. Of late I have been completely dissatisfied with the state of the biscuits when opening the packet, using the tab that is provided, as in the past there has often been the first one or two biscuits that may be broken. However, after purchasing a packet yesterday and opening today, the first six biscuits just crumpled and could not be eaten and had to be thrown away. I have always found the packaging very flimsy with little or no support to your product so all I can think is that when the biscuits are being placed on shelves either they are not being treated with respect or are already broken on receipt by the relevant supermarket. As your prices have just increased, I will be thinking whether to purchase your product again going forward as I am unsure as to what state the biscuits will be in on opening.
I would appreciate a response.

Hello
Ginger Biscuits
Receipe and cooking time seems to have changed. Tastes o[censored]ncooked flour as of now. Earlier they were being overcooked. Manufactures in India appear not to be adhering to set baking protocol. Stopped buying sometime ago, purchase imported Ginger biscuits only, they are edible.
