My money was debited on[protected] at 9:30pm site purchasing payment gateway was Mechandiseebs. till now not creditedmy account back pleasetake action against this type of merchandie gateways

Rs. 1178.82 was d ducted from my kotak credit card
I got a mail from my bank:
A Transaction of INR 1178.82 has been done on your Kotak Bank Credit Card No.xx5406 at MechandiseEBS on 18-Feb-2022. The available Credit Limit in your Card Account is Rs.4572.34.
But I did not purchased anything from here
I want my money back

Good vibes almond oil

I placed an order with good vibes for facila almond oil and paid rs.298 through my hdfc credit card on 27th oct 2021.
Till date no confirmation received from good vibes and also when i checkd my orders they say no order pending
