Amount deduction
I have Kotak Credit Card and in last month 2 different amounts was deducted from my card by Mechandiseeb Chennai.
12, 028.92 and 2, 004.82 was deducted on Jan 13th, 2022
Total Amount was deducted is 14, 033.74 from my credit card.
Please help me in reverting the amount from them.

Please go thru my message. Mechandiseebs chennai is the holding company of Zepto grocery delivery application. Even my card was also debited with 457/- on 06.05.22 bt i checked from their customer care and they have confirmed the same.

Amount was deducted from my Credit Card
I have kotak bank credit card and from my card 12, 082.92 and 2, 004.82 amount deducted.
12 thousand was deducted on Jan 13 2022
2, 004.82 was deducted on Jan 13 2022.

Online shopping order not received
I had made a purchase on 12th Dec for Solar Lights. I have not received a confirmation nor I have received the order. The payment has been deducted from my bank. I have received only the below details from my bank about the account to which the money was transferred.
