I have placed an order on Medineeds.in til now they haven't responding for product delivered which one i want to return due to defective piece and I have tried many times to reach out Medineeds over the phone and WhatsApp but no one is responding to calls and messages......

They have dispatched the useless product without any HELP document for set up and I have tried mANY TIMEs to reach out Medineeds over the phone and WhatsApp but no one is responding to calls and messages. It's ### online shopping agency. They don't CARE about their CUSTOMERs....
