I placed an order (Freka Tube 15 / 100 ) on Medineeds.in on April 25, 2025. They supposed to deliver it in 3-4 days to my home location, and I paid the amount (INR 900) from UPI payment on the same day. It has been 2 weeks, and I haven't received the product yet. When I called number of times on their provided WhatsApp and mobile number, they never responded nor picked up my calls. Later I realized that this portal was created to scam people....

I have placed an order on Medineeds.in til now they haven't responding for product delivered which one i want to return due to defective piece and I have tried many times to reach out Medineeds over the phone and WhatsApp but no one is responding to calls and messages......

Received defective product and not responding over the calls and messages. It's fake online shopping site.

They have dispatched the useless product without any HELP document for set up and I have tried mANY TIMEs to reach out Medineeds over the phone and WhatsApp but no one is responding to calls and messages. It's ### online shopping agency. They don't CARE about their CUSTOMERs.
