I heard positively about this hospital and went there, but they're worthless.
Disgusting, hopeless, rude, unprofessional and unethical rules of management, Fraudulent hospital management who wants to feed on humanity and extort their hard earned money.
1) No senior doctors available for consultation, but only few juniors who dont even know how to calculate pregnancy week, they failed to read the gestational age specified in the scan report in front of their eyes.
2) No uterine/pelvic examination done, but just stomach touched and said everything is normal, what the hell? You think pregnancy is same as Amoebiasis ?
3) men are not allowed to ask questions to gynecologists or inside gynaecology department, what the ... ?? I as a father have every right to consult the doctor regarding my child and to know about my wife's medical health!!
3) when asked for my medical file, they say it remains with the hospital and won't be given to the patient. Spoke to quality dept, customer relations dept as well management, everyone is shouting at patients rudely What kind of a joke is this? A patient must always carry their medical records with themselves in case of second consultations/ complications and medical emergencies during travel or simply for information purposes to know their own health. Its every patient's legal right to know their own medical findings and doctor's remarks and Its illegal for a hospital to deny a patient their medical records.
According to : RTI act: "right of a patient to his medical records is rooted in Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution under the Right to Information Act 2005, Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the Medical Council Act, 1956."
The management of this hospital however denies access to patients records.
I will see the end to this madness and take the issue to press as well as ministry of health and RTI act.
Beware of this hospital, they are still living in stone age era and are ganging up against patients rights simply because their staff are incompetent and they want to force the patients to come only to their hospital by confiscating their medical records and not sharing its contents to other doctors who must refer to previous medical history before diagnosis.

Here the doctors are more lethargic. They wont bother about the patients.
Iam not blaming all the doctors, due to carelessness of some doctors rest all getting affected. They need to regret for what all they have done.
They are not coming in proper time. People are suffering a lot. Due to doctors irresponsibility. They are taking more time to do makeup, wearing jewels and decorating like a new married folks.
Please treat the patients in prior.

Patients were suffering, due to lack of doctors. There is no responsibility for the doctors to address the patients here.
Here the doctors caring themselves to do makeup and wearing jewels. Getting more money for treatment and they caring themselves. They wont bother about the patient.
Here they are doing fashion show instead to do the treatment.

Doctors unavailable & lethargic

Here the doctors won't care about the patient. They concentrate only themselves. They do makeup and they wear jewels as of they are going to do a advertisement for jewellery shop. Getting more consultation, but not caring the patient. They bother to get every single penny from patients. Rather they won't take care of the patients.
Worst to see the doctors lethargic and irresponsible behavior here.
Better chose Government Hospital rather spending more money here for a worst case treatment.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is S. Vellaishamy date of 08/07/2022 time is approximately 10.15am to 10.24am enter to at Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre Hospital at Madurai, in Tamil Nadu. I'm coming from Pudukkottai driving more then 130km to bring my mother and my sister-in-law for the treatment. My sister in law's treatment finished quickly. But in my Mother's treatment I was so disappointed because Me and My mother waiting for more than 3 hours in gastero enterology specialist DR.SRIVIDYA MANJUNATH.
I'm not complaint your treatment and the doctor. I'm here to mention the STAFF NURSE who was working in between time 11.00AM to 3.45PM. Because she not allowed the patients in orderly. My mother was token number 9 but again she said her token number was 16, she also said the samething to my mother's neighbour patient. Then after I coudn't control my temper because already passed 2hours and she doing this kind of things to the some people. She allowed only who know the Doctor before and her know people. If she did not doing this things, we can over all our check ups but again we have to come for checkup. why your staff nurse did not follow the token number? please insist the token system properly.
This is my humble request because ELDER Peoples are suffering and spend their whole day in HOSPITAL for General checkup. For this kind of thing people avoid GH and come to Private Hospital but same problem happening here also. Please take immediate action for this kind of problems.

I have been associated with mmhrc for the past 25 years... Today i had accompanied my mother in law... As she was not able to walk, i asked receptionist to wheel chair and had gone for registration...
Meanwhile they were taking her to emergency i told them that nothing is emergency we had come for check up only... Yesterday only we had come and taken ecg... One man inside reception came out and shouted and not had patience to hear my explanation... These kind of activities would make patients panic

careless of workers

We are the people's took treatment here for my dad. He was a heart patient. Today from morn v roaming here and took many tests for him. Everywhere they had been take care us very well except nephrology opd... Those staff's today 20.04.18 here very careless can't take care our case studies test reports properly. Everything v need to ask every 10 min once push them to check. Useless staff's here. Really v getting upset from them actions. We are need to travel from here 5 hours to our home but they never take care this... They have interest to speak stories with them only

Not printing the duplicate copy of marksheet for my enrollment

In month of march 2017 i have applied to issue duplicate marks-sheet copy for 1/2/3 year for my enrollment in vinayaka mission university as i lost them. I attached all the required documents, dd, police complaint copy
(Original), application to issue duplicate marks copy and bonafied certificate. All these document were also received at university and university official also confirm the receiving of my document and told me the marks sheet print for old enrollments was closed by university and please contact dde (Directorate of distance education) but since them i am regular drooping mail to various university officials and calling them daily but it been more than 2 month and no one is responding to me. No i want to file a complaint against university in this regard because they are not responding me and with-out mark-sheest i am not able to change job because it is required for education qualification purpose.
Below are the my enrollment details :
I was a student via distance learning scheme from this univ for bsc - it.

Course : bsc-it.
Student name : hitesh dogra

Lady Dr.Padma STOLE my Scan Report
Reg no. 811387, Color Doppler test: PVRU SCAN, ABDOMEN AND PELVIS.
Please note that on 5April 2017 I(Mrs.Archana Das) went for a check-up to the urology department.
After doing several tests including COLOR DOPPLER : PVRU SCAN, ABDOMEN AND PELVIS SCAN.(Paid rs.850.00 for the scan)
I met the Urologist Dr.Venugopal. He saw the reports and the scans and said he can't find anything wrong.
He sent me to Gynecologist Dr.Padma.She checked me, saw all the reports including the Scan and said as she can’t find anything wrong I have to do a Pap smear test.
Once I was done with her I went back to Dr.Venugopal. Dr.Venugopal said that I have to be admitted to the hospital and stay for 2 days. I said I'm not going to get admitted.
After coming out from his chamber before leaving the hospital my husband checked my file and found the Scans are missing.
When I went back to Dr.Padma for returning my scans she point blank refused to give it. She said it belongs to the hospital and no other doctor will understand it etc etc. But we refused to accept her argument- we have paid for the scan (Rs.850/-) it has to be with us.
We struggled for one and half hours but they refused to budge with the report. Dr.Venugopla said I have to take one more scan. So I took just one scan (with empty bladder only), the scan was given on a ordinary paper.
How can a doctor remove the report from the folio of a patient without his/her consent?
What an unscrupulous doctor she is where are the Ethics?
Never ever to MMHRC, and you people come to collect blood from the students of our institution (R.L.Institute of nautical Sciences).
Shame on Minakshi Mission Hospital.

Wrong treatment by doctors

We are registering complaints for death by wrong treatment in Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre at Madurai, Tamilnadu on (23.03.2016)we request you to take action against repected hospital and doctor the chief doctor are irresponsible for their duties their blamming the next doctors like diabetologist there is no a exact answer for the persons death
it's not the first time by the hospital there are more wrong treatment occurs due to doctors we request medical council to take action against hospital.
for eg:
A Patient name Mr.Mohanraj (67) who caused death by wrong treatment he has gone for plastic surgery in his leg just for consultation the hospital doctors have given him an unknown injection in the name of insulin it leads to RBC discretion after we have a death occur due to their wrong treatment and we heard a news that in last one months there
are ten deaths occurs due to their wrong treatment we kindly request you to take action against the respected hospital.

This has been observed by me that for than two months passed m cent browsing points stuck and still at 2 lakh plus. Whenever browsing happening no points is given and stopped suddenly. If such phenomenon persists then it will be presumed that while browsing m cent no further points will be added.please let me know soon.thanks.
I am a attender for my mother in neurology department in meenakshi mission hospital, in this department in night duty is attending with alcohol consumption. i want you take a action against him. He is regularly in drunk mode.
