Meesho blocked my account and not refunding money for products which I ordered
When I called to the customer care they said you have placed multiple return orders that is the reason meesho has blocked your account. if the product is not good then as per the policy I can return the product
I have placed 2 returns because of quality issues, now they blocked my account and not refunding my money
And there is one order which was not delivered
For that order also they are not refunded my money
Not answering the calls
Please refund my money

Money deducted but order not placed, Money not refunded
I made a payment of Rs 720 for an order . It was priced at Rs 800 plus but after deduction from Meesho credits and discount on online payment it came upto 720 which I paid through my Amazon UPI.
The amount got deducted but the order was not placed . I assumed that the amount would be refunded the next day .
Next day -5th May I received a mail from Meesho stating that Rs 548 has been refunded .Now the problem started which is twofold:
1. The amount should have been 720 but it was only 548 as per the below mail.
2. Even this 548 was actually not refunded.
It means even after one month I am running pillar to post making umpteen calls to your customer care team to check and do the needful.
i sent many mails too.
I expect the amount to be refunded immediately as I am already disgusted with past experiences with Meesho.
Meesho should also pay me damages it caused to me by way of stress and time .
The amount got deducted but the order was not placed . I assumed that the amount would be refunded the next day .

Online purchase via bank payment done but oder not place

Meesho cheated me by product different from mentioned in website. Luckyly, I have also video proof of opening delivered consignment. The issue are as follows
1. Size of lampshed is 11 inch not 17 inch, means intensely dumped 15 cm shorter diameter, that looks pathetic...
2. The timer is not birch as mentioned
3. Quality is inferior and not related in any way the pic mentioned in website...
They copied it from Amazon and Flipkart which delivered real and geniune product unlike Meesho
4. These people have no respect of Consumer Protection Act, as you have STOLEN my money by given inferior and incomplete product to me.
5. They haven't picked my product from last 15 after duplicate and incomplete product delivered to my house.
I have written 25 mail and get customized answer that --- our backhand team is working . In last 15 days they are not able to manage a logistic to bring back their inferior product.
7. I have already written a mail to Owner of Meesho, regarding this. But probably without Judicial intervention these people won't become consumer friendly and wil try to fool people like me.

Product not delivered
This complaint is with regard to my order No [protected]. I have placed an order in meesho application on Oct 3rd 2021 and it has been shown that the estimated date of delivery as 14th October 2021. But on 12th October 2021 I had received a message from meesho that the order has been delivered at my registered address but I have not received my order yet.I have contacted customer care and raised the complaint with ticket no:15802441 on 14th October 2021 but till now I have neither received any update for the complaint raised nor the intimation mail for the complaint in my registered Email ID. I have contacted the customer care several times but each time the customer service executive has given me the wrong information as the order will be received in 48 hours, status of the complaint will be given in 24 hours and one customer service executive has asked me to wait on hold when I asked her to connect to the higher authority to escalate the issue but the call has not been answered even after 15 minutes and the call has been disconnected.This is the first time I am facing that for an complaint raised by a customer company is not even bothering to provide an intimation to customer over the registered mail.

Ghost order sent by meesho
I have not ordered anything of Rs 1503/- but my customer received items worth 1503/- in my name. She was not at home so her husband received it thinking that his wife must have ordered those items. I resell only and only in meesho so I am 100% sure that it has been done by meesho. Please return my 1503/- To confuse my customer in the invoice its written trendy women's gown which my customer booked but it was not of 1503/- Rs and its still on the way and moreover its prepaid order. I am attaching the invoice of this ghost order and also the invoice of the real order. Its a duplicate order which has no record in my order section of meesho app as a result i can't even give return request.The items that has been delivered are two torned low quality saree.
This is extremely disgusting experience . Please return my money and take action as soon as possible. Hope i will get the resolution and i don't have to take further action.

I HAVE ORDERED A KURTI FR RS 325. I HAD DONE THE PAYMENT USING GPAY. MONEY IS DEDUCTED FRM MY ACCOUNT, PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL MESSAGE ALSO I RECEIVED. But order ID not generated due to network error and order not placed.
I have search in meesho app about my failed transaction but there is nothing.
They don't have any support or resolution system

I have placed a order for dress on Meesho app worth Rs 525 dated 07th June 2021. During the process order not placed but the amount has been deducted from my account. Misbehaving arguing late delivery

This is my first order on meesho app, Firstly That's not on time secondly it was broken thirdly the wire was sparkling ..I requested replacement then also the delivery was not on time and the delivery boy requested us to come and receive product according to his adress we in the name of humanity accepted request now he say that product is pending ..then he argues misbehaves...kindly improve all this plzzzz
