Yesterday I visited Megapolis sales office at Hinjewadi Pune Maharashtra.
While visiting there was damage happened to my car. Due to improper footpath construction my front side left tyre got burst. While talking to Megapolis gate security and team, I came to know this is happening almost 15th time which means almost 14 accident happened already and no action was taken.

When I discussed this with the Megapolis staff...

If you rent a flat here, you have to pay extra for using all amenities, which is free for owners only.
Why are you discriminating against tenants, who should be enjoying the same rights as owners till the time, they are legally staying in rented accommodation ?
This is a torture and wrong practice. You already get all the money in the form of maintenance, that is used for the purposes of maintaining amenities....

I have rented a 2bhk flat in MEGAPOLIS, HINJEWADI, PUNE. I have my own TATA SKY connection, but after getting the agreement the maintainance team are not allowing to connect it and forceing me to take their common connection of AIRTEL for which airtel guy is again asking me 2500/- for setup box and installation charge. I have requested them to get connected with in the prsence of their maintainance people, still its no from there...
