Money has been debited from account without any information and I even I don't know this Megmasoft for what reason they have debited my 570 rupees please help me to get back my money

I didnt take any loan from this app there after 570rs deducted from my bank account 3 times pls refund my money back

I tried to take a loan from them for which I allowed e-nach through my bank after that they declined my loan but still they are deducting 570rs every month from my account... I mailed them several times but to no avail... And they don't have any contact number... They are not cancelling e-nach and are deducting money every month... Put these people behind the bar please
