Complaining about undelivery of a product

I have ordered a cello dazzle opalware dinner set from menx.store on 5 th March 2022. I have payed Rs. 199 and Rs. 49 for express delivery of the product through net banking. Its been 2 weeks and I have not received the product yet. Please take this into consideration and help me get my money back. I have attached the proof below.

But I didn't get any order status, extimate delivery date and any notification. When I was tried to call on no was swaing on website it was switch off and the no is [protected]

I placed an order of two jackets on this website on 20th Dec. I followed all the procedures and i made an online transaction as it had no COD facility. It's been 9 days since i didn't receive any mail or message regarding the order. So i called on their given number : [protected] but it was switched off . I checked Truecaller and found out it's a scam and their money were taken too.
Please see this through and do justice. Please help me get my money back and shut this fraud website. As proof I've attached some photos.

I ordered a jacket from this website unfortunately I didn't receive any order details just the payment confirmation so I searched on the internet about it as I felt something fishy and found that they run fraud websiteS yes multiple websites are registered on same name and address (which is fake I can't find it on Google maps) and even the same phone number and email. It wasn't a big amount but hope you do something about them and save others like me who may order ignorantly uain random websites (lesson learned my bad). Their other websites are faballyshop.in, vaidikfab.com, take2new.in and God knows how many more.
