Grievances/Bad Road Complaint

The road condition on flyover constructed near National Park, Borivali and flyover constructed near JVLR towards Mira-Bhayandar is very bad and not smooth, lot of pot holes, ups & downs, road is not leveled at all, it seems the contractor or the engineer has just dumped the material on the road and not checked the level and used road roller to smoothen the road. Especially for two wheelers it is very bad experience to ride on these roads. During rainy season these were worst but after rainy season even though the pot holes are filled but not levelled causing more damage to back of commuters riding on bikes, autos and small vehicles.

Hello Sir,
I have been charged incorrect toll amount at Dasna Toll Plaza, kindly check the details below:
Entry Point: Mavikala Toll Plaza
Exit Point: Dasna Toll Plaza
Toll Charge Deducted: INR 160
Toll Charges as per Toll List: 55
Vehicle Number: UP19 L 2575
Owner of Vehicle: Goldy Chaudhary
I have also attached the screen shot of the paytm deduction and text msg received showing the incorrect charges deducted.
Please have a look into this matter as they are charging incorrect amount frequently.
