i purchased a Merlin123 before approx 3 years its doing very nice work till time,

but some week before 4 blader jar coupling is damage, please repair this

Absolutely do call the customer care of TVC SKY SHOP as my problem was resolved by their side with in 7 days of my complaints

The customer care of TVC do help a lot when i had a problem with my merlin the serviced my product from their dervice center

Require spare parts of MERLIN 123

I purchase a merlin 123 6-7 years back, the bottom part of the blades of both the jars got damaged . Can you tell me where I can purchase new blades or get it repaired. Some place close to LUDHIANA (PUNJAB) .

Even i am using the same merlin 123 mixer jucer grinder from last 1yrs and it is working absolutely fine and i have never faced a single problem about this and for your complaint call the customer care they will resolve your problem

Yes mr pratik i do argree with mr rohit that you should contact the head office of customer care, because whenever you need to complaint about the product customer care is the best place to solve it

Yeah even i do agree with Mr. ronnie. If you purchase product from any company you must call their customer service.

I think Mr Vineet is absolutely right. If you purchasing product from any company & if you find any problem in that then customer care is the right place to solve it.

As an housewife My merlin 123 has been boon for me. Ya i had such a mechanical problem before but it was solved as soon as i called the customer care dept.

It is the best product in kitchen that i have been ever seen with multiple options.

I totally disagree with you. Even I had also placed an order for Merlin 123 before 5 months back. Till now i don't face any single problem with my Merlin 123. It is working very nicely.

This is the most Unreliable shoppers I have ever come across.I have a MERLIN Mixi bought thru' TVC Sky Shop.The DRIVING Coupling & the gaskets for the jars, have worn out.Asked for replacement, they say they do not have replacements.I asked for some one who replace this in Bangalore City.They do not want to give, their where abouts.Most uncourteous persons sitting at the desk in Mumbai, do not want to connect You to the wright persons who deal such matters in their organisation.As a matter of fact they cannot even speak properly.Except that they have been instructed by their chiefs, only to inform customers, if the product warranty is over they cannot help.This is my experience, I called them last week.This was what I got it.

123 — Spoiling environment

3rd block, Grape garden,Thyagaraja Nagar, near SSM school. There is a open space with full of garbage and some plants which is not at all good for health and getting environment spoil. Please take some necessary action. Not sure whom to complant and not sure property belongs to which person. Please clean garbage and make that as a ground or park or put a compound.

I Had booked Merlin123 from tvc sky shop.i wanted that product as soon as possible. as the agent commited me i will get the product within 3 days but i got the product after 12 days.and not only i got the product late but i got it in a damage condition.and i immidiatly called to there customer care but there was no person available to receive my call for 4-5 days.

I bought Merlin in July 2010 and now the rubber behind the blade has broken. I called them to give me replacement.They said they cannot help me as I have crossed warrenty period.I requested them tat I will pay for the spar part. Still they are not ready to help me.

I think that u should give a call at the customer care for the service center they would be the right people to help u out.

I just disagree that merlin is useless or waste of money. As you mentioned above that they will replace it for you all you have to do is send it to mumbai. So go do as they are saying ? What is your problem in doing so. Believe me its my personal experience and ever since had not problems with this product.

ALL OF YOU WHO ARE COMPLAINING PROBABLY, DON'T HAVE ENOUGH ENGINEERING KNOWLEDGE.THE ROTOR ATTACHED TO THE MOTOR IS MADE OF TOUGH SEE THROUGH MATERIAL.AND THE LIDS HAVE RUBBER ROTOR.THE IDEA IS TO PROTECT THE MOTOR AND THE SEE THROUGH ROTOR IN CASE THE MIXER IS OVER LOADED.

i bought it from TVC Skyshop and they give free service of 6 month and also it depends on the use it should be once run for 1 minute

I have purchaged a merlin 123 blender through TV telemarketing 2 years back. Now it is not working can any body tell me the repairing center for the same in India.

Hi! Once I got this wonderful machine, it worked perfectly alright for about 1 year, but a week ago, I put coconuts in it to make a chutney. And while it was in process, it stopped suddenly and didnt work. I am not sure what happened to it. Please give me suggestions of what I could do next. If there is any center or any kind of home service I could use to fix it, please let me know. Now, it works for 4 or 5 seconds and stops again. And then doesnt work for a while.

Another question: Is there any exchange offer of this product? A concern of mine was that I need to buy extra blades for this machine. Where in India could I buy blades for this machine.
