We get a call from the delivery man he asks for the OTP and says give me the OTP now and i will deliver it tommorow i need it for confirmation and when we rejected to give OTP he cancelled our order to company saying we rejected it and even we called Messho people they also said dont give OTP and when we tolf him thsi he says company will say anything but u have to trust me and give OTP so when we denied clearly saying it can be scams so...

I recently placed an order for a 3-pack combo of printed T-shirts, but I only received one T-shirt instead of the full set. When I contacted your customer care team, they informed me that I need to return the correct item. However, since Meesho did not send the complete order, I am unable to return the missing T-shirts.

I have ordered 2 quantities of New Stylish Trendy Partywear T-shirt & Bottom Sets.

Delivered - 14 January 2024
I received only 1 quantity. So, I talked to the customer care and asked them for refund, and I got the refund.
Also, I wanted to return the other quantity also. Because the reason I wanted to buy was for 2 quantities. But at first the customer care service told me that it cannot be returned but after few days on 23rd January 2024.
After this I talked to customer care many times, but they simply asked me to wait.
Few days back I talked to them 3 times and they just kept my call on hold and after few minutes they cut my calls.
I want my refund of 362.

I orded a product on 3rd oct 2023 and did not reciecd it today is 20 oct 2023 called the help center they are telling wait for 4-5 days
nothing after that
they are not giving refund also
and today the help center tab got vanished not able to call them
the courrior patner was ecom expresses

I received different colour of the same product but messho didn't receive my return request. They said that if quality check is failed then they can't refund.

Some one as an ### really talking badly with costumers he was behaving rudely when we are cancelling the order. its our rights to chancel... the order but the delivery boys are simply talking use less things with costumers... i really hearted so much i never order any thing next time from messho.

As per telephonic conversation we have been ordered HimQen Girl Trendy Stylish Shoes 4 Nos against Sub Order ID[protected]_1 on Dt 30.11.2022 and HimQen Girl Trendy Stylish Shoes 5 Nos against Sub Order ID[protected] Dt 01.12.2022

Both order cancelled on Dt 01.12.2022 after that as per Bank Statement we have received Refund amount of Rs. 395.00 on Dt 01.12.2022 against HimQen Girl Trendy Stylish Shoes 4 Nos against Sub Order ID[protected]_1 on Dt 30.11.2022

Second Order refund amount of Rs. 395.00 not received till date & time against HimQen Girl Trendy Stylish Shoes 5 Nos against Sub Order ID[protected] Dt 01.12.2022

Bank Statements are enclosed...

So, plz short same matter as soon as possible because we are very disappointed with Meesho

Four months ago company passed my claim and told me amount should transfer in seven days but still don't give me my money

I was ordering a kurti set futher I debited money rupees 654, but order is not confirmed.

A different unnecessary product send Order ID[protected]_1. Instead of Tevotalk h 700 Pro Magnetic wireless Bluetooth headphone . Now order return request also automatic canceling

I have ordered the kids gun and paid through phone pay.and my order not yet placed but payment was deducted.

The status showing order confirmed once we get the payment confirmation.

They told they will refund me back but till now it has been 516₹ ₹ till now not yet refunded

It has been 1 month till now i did not recived my refund amount of 516 and meesho is just fooling me my shownig some fake transactions id and sked me to submit my bank statement and now they are not replying me back throug mail and not giving me my money back i need my refund this meesho company is the fraud no 1 i have also submitted my bank statement stll I haven’t received any reply nor refund amount

We have not receive my packet is till now but packet is delivered showing, so this company is totally dowing fraud activities with coustomers.

Since 2 months they havent refunded the amount .

Pickup ho chuka hai but pickup cancel show ho Raha hai

I have ordered for 9 sarees in single single quantity but they provided 1 AWB number only and when I got the parcel it's just 680 gram only i opened the parcel it's 1 saree only received and that too different then my order so i have complained that seller done fraud and I have returned the parcel but now they are not refunding my money back please help with refund

A suit is delivered on 13 feb 2022 and an exchange request is placed on 13 feb 2022 pickup boy picked the dress from my address and then on the same day a next exchange request is applied by me and the pickup boy comes again to pickup the product but the product is already picked up and the exchange information on the app showing that exchange cancelled but i want my exchange product back or give my 871 rupee.please resolve my problem. i want my suit back or my money back

I am reseller I have place 30+ orders aa cash on delivery for my customers.. As meesho policy after 7 days of delivery they transfer my margin amount on my account.. For my 30+ orders and 2 return product amonut totally 4000₹.. Up to till date meesho not send any payment.. I asked customer service abt this they taken aa complain finally they telling me as ur account got suspect.. Reason lot of orders got cancelled.. But seriously myself or my customer hav not cancelled any they itself cancelled many orders and suspect my account and not sending my margin and refund amount.. Such a fake company
