I placed an order on 17 August 2022 and processed the payment. I did not receive any email from them on the order confirmation.I am trying to call on the number but it shows incoming calls are barred. I have sent several emails but no response. The website is fake they are fraud. Please take action against them....

I have purchased a bamboo fruit basket for rs.199 on 17072022 which is still showing processing no delivery date nothing has shown.order no177332 .i made payment through paytm.kindly take action aganist this website..i came to know this website through instagram ads...everyone is getting cheated .govt should take down this app /website..kindly get me my cash......

I have made an order for table, and made the payment but after the payment till now I didn't hear back from them. I made phone calls to the phone number provided on the site. But the phone number is not in service. I e-mailed to an email address given on the website but no response. when I track order status it always shows processing.

I have ordered raincoat on MetaMersh for an amount of Rs 349/- the amount got deducted via paytm to Rb enterprise and they gave me an order id as 179054 but after that there is no confirmation mail from them- their phone number and mail id are not working.

Can you please arrange for the refund of the amount. This order is booked today 23rd August, 2022.

I've placed an order (Order #169470) on 28/07/2022 on Metamersh.com and still the same is showing as currently Processing. It's been over 10days now but, my product still remains undelivered. I've sent them multiple mails and messages. I even tried to contact them on the number provided but, all incoming calls are barred for that number. Can I please get the refund of the same.

I ordered on online a wooden foldable laptop table on MetaMersh for an amount of Rs 249/- the amount got deducted via card and they gave me an order id as 168022 but after that there is no response from them- their phone number and mail id are not working.

Can you please arrange for the refund of the amount. This was booked on 24 June, 2022.

On 17th July I bought umbrella from site https://metamersh.com and I paid Rs 240 by Paytm. today when I checked it was still showing as processing your order. There was no delivery timeline mentioned so I called but number is also don't working. Don't know how I'll get my money back. Need help. Also Google is still popping up advertisement of such sites . If such companies are fraud they Google should verify then run such adds to customer....

i ordered and umbrella and a raincoat from metamersh website of a total cost of 600 rupees of total cost with a prepaid amount, but there is no update of the order and order confirmation also has not been given and the contact information is also fake nobody is receiving call and the mobile is switched off and also I had mailed but there is no response from metamersh...

After payment of raincoat for 249 there is no acknowledgment via sms or email the contact no does not accept in coming calls looks like a scam web site do not purchase...

My order Id is 157463. I placed this order on 6th of July but still it is in process. I tried to contact on the given number but a computer generated voice said that all the incoming call are barred. For payment it provides only Paytm platform. On goggle at the search of raincoat it comes with lowest price in advertisement section....

Need your urgent attention on the below website . I have placed my order on 23th May 2022 and made the payment too and have not got any response from the team inspite of multiple reminders via email and all call are been barred .

Please look into this issue and otherwise these people will cheat lot of innocent people
