The metrozip customer care are never reachable.Whenever you call them they never answer your calls.They are increasing their prices according to the other hikes but the bus provided condition is so bad that the window panes are making noises while the bus is running, the seats are so dirty that we need to carry a cloth along with us so that our office clothes do not get dirty.

    I have started the service on friday 10th aug 2018... The first day my pickup bus was 45 mins late,.. And return bus got cancelled.
    The second trip was on monday 13th aug. The same happened. The return bus got cancelled without any notification. And pickup bus was 45 mins late again.
    The third trip was on 14th aug and the pickup bus got cancelled without notification.
    19C morning 8:15 bus has been a problem since a month now. Hundreds of mails dropped to the team but the service is still horrible.They don't even return the money paid. Can an action be taken against this unprofessional attitude?

      I had booked metrozip from hinjewadi wipro circle to pune rto route (Ra07-18:24). The driver skipped the stop and not enabled the gps till phase 1, i was waiting there since half an hour. When i called customer care, the representative shows irresponsible behaviour, and indirectly told me to wait for 8 o'clock bus when i asked him for refund as i he is not going to process my request. This is so frustrating and shows how they are educated to help us.. Please change ivr recording for customer your care no.. Your executives are not for our assistance.

        I had booked a bus r16a for two way journey on 11th june. The bus route showed a drop point at blue ridge phase 1 in the app. But it dropped me at infosys circle which is atleast 2.5km away from my drop point. I had to walk all the way my actual drop point. While return journey i was there on the scheduled stop 15 mins early than the scheduled timing (6:33 pm). I waited there for 45 mins and the bus didn't appear at all. The app didn't allow me to reschedule the timings as well. Moreover the track option in the app is useless. It never tracks the bus.

        I have booked a bus r06b (Mh14 cw 3226) for
        12th of june. I was there on the stop 10 min prior to the scheduled time. The bus came 1/2 an hour late. Moreover it didn't stop for me. I was waiving my hand and the bus driver noticed me stopping the bus but still he didn't stop.

          I availed a metrozip bus pass for the whole month of june 2018 (Both pickup and drop).
          On 1st june i was waiting for the bus at bus stop and bus passed by me i was waving my hands but the driver did not stop the bus i called on their call center number and they said they will transfer my pass to some other day.
          However i then cancelled all the passes after 1st june and i saw that after cancellation there was no pass shown for any following day.

          Since then i am calling them daily but it says all the routes are busy only today luckily someone picked up the call and he said no refund, no tranfer, no shifting, in short nothing could be done.

          I have not received any refund since the passes got cancelled i can no travel in the bus and daily my amount is deducting even if the passes are shown cancelled.

          I cancelled passes through their mobile app and now when i am trying to cancell that through their website it is not allowing saying the trip is already cancelled.

            The list is long so i would try to be brief.

            A. Bus is always late. An average delay of 20 to 30 (In pick up and drop) is a usual norm.

            B. Some of the drivers are quite rude and arrogant.

            C.in past one year the tariff has almost doubled (84 to 147 for long route). However there is no improvement in bus quality or the service quality.

            I can go on and on but it would only frustrate me more. These guys are thriving on absence of any good alternate commuting service.

            So sit back, relax and get your piece of mind and hard earned money wasted on metrozip.

              Hi,

              From last 2 weeks, r29b or r29c (9:15 login pick up) cancelled on alternate days and employees are travelling by standing in one bus. No seats are available. All the employees are frustrated as no response from customer care to complaints. Many times customer care phone was busy or ringing but no one pick it up. Drivers are not cooperating and asking employees to contact customer care but customer care is not within reach (Number busy or no body accept the call). Are employees paying for such worst service? Metrozip management is worst. Planning and execution is failed.

              -frustrated hinjewadi employee.
              R01A and R52 buses always get delayed by 15/20 mins. They have increased the fare but no improvement in service. They do not care whether employee reach office on time or not.

                I had booked metrozip from hinjewadi phase2 wipro circle to magarpatta route (RA07-18:45).The driver skipped the stop, I was waiting there since half an hour.When i tracked the vehicle it showed vehicle skipped the stop.This is highly frustrating also pressed the panic button for immediate assistance but I got no response.I had to go by personal cab from there.Please refund my money.People don't rely on metrozip, they are cheaters.Attaching screenshot of tracking details which shows his skipped the stop.

                  I had taken metrozip pass for few days from blue ridge to infosys phase 2.
                  I had a very frustrating experience with metrozip buses. One morning the bus driver of r22b dropped me on infosys phase 1 saying that bus will not go to infosys phase 2 when it was clearly written in the route map. The reason he did this (According to me) is because i was the only person left in the bus.
                  Sometimes the buses don't go to blue ridge evn if it is mentioned in their route. Also once i got message 1 hour before boarding that my bus is cancelled. I should take some other metrozip bus. Waited for half hour but cud'nt find route b bus which goes to blue ridge. I will never ride with metrozip.. Very bad management.
                  Their phone number is switched off whole day and their website is down.
                  I am traveling thought metrozip since 6 months now. But the services are pathetic. They cancel bus anytime, buses came late, issues more paasses than actual bus capacity.
                  Even after numorous complaints from employees the continue with the same bad services.
                  This is not a professional behaviour.

                    I bought 30 days pass starting from 6th march. The bus pickup was scheduled to 11:09 i waited till 11:30 but so was too late. App shows it will take half an hour more. So i cancelled it and took ola as i had to reach office by 12.
                    I dropped a mail to them. They said next day it will be on time. Till yesterday same thing happened. Today i selected 10:24 pickup but the bus didnot came till 10:50. The executive on call said it will reach my stop in 5 minutes. I was at the stop only and 15 minutes passsed but bus didnot came. I called again and now he said bus just left my stop 5 minutes back. I was at the stop all the time the bus never passed the point and since it did not passed it didnot stopped.
                    They refuse to refund my money and not providing service.

                      If i have to rate metro zip on the scale of 1 to 10, i would give 2 for there service.
                      Worst service ever faced.
                      There are several instances where metro zip gave time for morning pick up but did not came and i have to go by my own to office. Even there customer care number also does not work. Pathetic service.
                      Metro zip has wasted time a lot of times. Recent incident are mentioned below

                        I had buyed pass for tuesday 8.00 pm drop via r32a bus.
                        I was at the stop till 8.30 but the bus did not arrive. Finally i had to go by some private tt.
                        I am highly unsatisfied with your service as i we donot get even drivers number to reach him ourselves.
                        I even pressed the panic button but no response.
                        Kindly update your system to provide drivers contact number and repond when panic button is pressed

                          The driver skipped pickup stop R05A route from Hinjewadi to Sasane Nagar Pune. We don't pay them for skipping the stop. Take a serious action against Metrozip. Expecting a better reply or apologize from Metrozip. Want to know whether I am going to face this situation daily? I have sent them mail regarding the situation and haven't recieved reply yet (2 days after I sent mail).

                          Yes the service is getting worse and worse...
                          First the app itself is a waste... incorrect tracking details .. and if we go by the tracker den surely you are going to miss the bus.

                          Second is the timings ... always delayed ...sonetimes by 1 hr or cancelled with out amy intimation.

                          Thirdly if by we board the other bus (in case leave early ) and if we try to reschedule it shows 0 vacancy ...so no chance of rebooking ... then we have to have an 1 hour conversation with the driver giving him the reason why we are boarding and due to what reasons ... .still not satisfied wi have to call the Customer service no whichs always busy when required .
                          Metrozip didnot stop at my pickup location and just ran away. I don't want to opt for Can service that's why I have booked the Bus service. The location tracking id the worst instead remove that feature. I need my money back and an apology.

                            High handedness with buses being overloaded & people standing in evenings without any monitoring whatsoever

                            Routes get trimmed abruptly without intimation
                            No refund for any service failure on their part...

                            & if you want to continue, get off at "their" convenient spot
                            & wait for another shuttle to take you to your original destination

                            About time, people of pune & especially hingewadi started taking alternative & dumping this pathetic service

                            When I tracked a bus, it was showing at Ttl location where I daily catch the bus. Bus estimated timings were not getting updated even I always refresh the pass.But bus was departed from my location (Ttl).I don't know when? Called customer support for the help call dismissed by getting answer with we "can't do anything".

                              Conductor of bus R19 dropped me out of bus. My schedule is at 5:30 on R 33 drop. I boarded once R33 and driver said it doesn't go deluxe chowk pimpri and he dropped me bhosari .
                              I boarded R19 which I use regularly for drop.
                              Today(07.05.2017) R19 refused me to board today.
                              What shall I do now?
                              This is pathetic situation why I have to suffer if I paid you for the ticket and for system issues.
                              I would look for an option to escalate this matter into public forum. Which would affect Metrozip reputation. I clicked on useless panic button and called customer care which is always busy.

                              I need this matter to be taken care now .

                                Really disappointed by service.
                                I was waiting for my vehicle which was schedule at 6.15 pm but vechicle skipped my stop without prior notice.

                                Even i tried for customer care number but it is always busy no help from anyone & tried to cancel ride but no refund provided.
                                This is the worst bus service i have experienced ever.

                                Drivers are rude and always drive to rash driving.

                                Please team need your help for this service.

                                  MetroZip has very bad service. No sync up between driver/call center/Mobile App. Mobile App has plenty of issues (difficulties in loading APP trip page, rescheduled pass never shows up on main page, Bus never gets tracked, sometime it shows "vehicle left your stop" but actually not). Some of drivers are very rude/arrogant and behaves like they are giving free service.

                                  I would suggest not to avail MetroZip service for peaceful start of your morning.
                                  One of worst service. I booked pass for 1 week and on first day itself I got issues. Driver didn't stopped at my stop. When contacted customer care they are not cancelling and refunding my money. One of worst service ever. never use Metrozip.
                                  very bad service, dont avail the service if you want to start your morning happy, the tracking system is nowhere in sync with actual bus location, drivers are very rude in general and they ll not stop on the stop untill you literally come in front of the bus.and on top of this no refund no ectension .literally like a nightmare.yeah one more thing, they have a single consumer no which is always busy or either switched off.
                                  I can say it's third class service...I have ever seen...they don't care for the money which we paid to them to travel from the bus...sometimes they get late ...sometimes they leave earlier than the given time...and driver behaviour is horrible...but they don't pay heed to your Complaints..no replys to the mail and the phone is always busy...It's like you have been left alone in the desert without anyone helping you..
                                  It's time to teach them a lesson...
                                  Very very bad service, it's like you pay money to get MetroZip headache at the start of morning. There are multiple bus breakdown, lots of problems in app, especially iPhone app, only one customer care no which is always busy obviously due to angry customers calling all the time, driver behaviour is very bad and they act as if they own bus and are providing free service

                                  Looks like Metrozip employs only arrogant drivers. All drivers are driving in FRUSTRATED mood. They thought they are running free service. PMPML Drivers are far far gentle than these rowdies.

                                    Morning buses of Aundh route during 8:32, 9:21 and 9:47 are highly over- crowded. We are paying a lot for same and this is not a onetime event. It happens daily that the bus is fully packed by the time it reaches to Convergys stop. We have to wait for another 20-25 mins for next bus which causes delay and sometimes that is also packed.

                                    Instead of focusing on promoting this new Metrozip app they should improve the service.

                                    I wrote many times to the customer care team but seems like they don't care.
                                    Worst experience, driver of bus no. 3259 is very very rude he doesn't stop the bus to the pickup point. The metro zip call centre is never reachable on time.

                                      It has been three days I have been calling them and following up for how to do the payment for metrozip.in but no response from the team. When i called on[protected] they said write to [protected]@metrozip.in. I have been writing to them and have attempted to call them but there is no response as to how to make the payment.

                                      It seems that they are doing a favor by providing the service where as we are paying for the service.

                                      Pathetic customer care service!
                                      Metrozip drivers driving rushly and shouting on others like small cars and bikers. For eg. Mh 14 cw 2959 driver about to touch my car near mindtree, when i raise hand then he was gives abuse words and forcefully overtake. Someone needs to control them.

                                        I have registered with metrozip in the month of june. thrice i went to the pick up point. but the bus didnt stop at my pick up point. when i called to complain they didnt took any action and neither have they refunded my money. as i have not even boarded their bus even once. worst service that i came across.
                                        No responses on the mail as well.
                                        From last month i have dropped more than 20 mails and called them around 10-20 times. they dont't response at all.
                                        Strict action should be taken against them.
                                        As they are taking the public for granted.
                                        My bus driver is very rude and he don't know how to behave with passengers. Every after two days we found him fighting with passengers. If this continues this will result in no customer for metro zip.
                                        Metrozip gives very poor service.
                                        Last moment bus cancellation
                                        No seats available in bus
                                        Ladies has to seat on gear box due to no seats available or most of the time

                                          I have registered and paid for metro zip card on 7th Jan 2016. But even after two weeks I didn't receive my travel card. Every time I call the metro zip customer support, the person says that you will DEFINITELY receive it today or tomorrow. But that today never comes.
                                          I am experiencing same issue. I have mailed the customer care four times. Called them and they said same to me that I will get a reply today by 3 PM but that today never came. There should be a number where these kind of issues can be escalated.

                                            Dear Team, Please help in getting due refund from Metrozip Pune. Below is brief timeline: 1. I registered transport service for Metrozip in January 2015. Initially I aciidently paid twice for the service and informed the team. But while doing refund, they refunded twice and requested to pay me again. 2. So I paid the amount in full (Rs. 1700/-) 12th January 2015 for Metro Zip. 3. The Bus route for which I registered did not started as planned. They informed me so. 4. Metro Zip never issued smart card for me which is essential to commute by their buses. 5. Since I was not availing service, I requested re-fund on 3rd Feb 2015 sighting that the bus did not start as planned and I not got smart card. 6. MetroZip Team gave the me assurance of cancellation and refund within 2 weeks. 7. Till date (03rd July 2015), I have not received my refund despite multiple email and telephonic follow ups. 8. Many times I got assurance over phone as well as email that refund would be done but i did not received any. 9. Now since a week the Metrozip team has stopped responding to email communication and also avoiding telephone calls. ( i get response that the person is busy and would call back) I am not getting any call back. Details of payment made to MetroZip [protected]--- Receipt No:02157 Transaction No:[protected] Date of Transaction:1/12/2015 Amount:1700.00 [protected] I have waited long enough patiently for the refund but not got it.                                             I had done a pick up booking for today i.e., 2nd Feb 2017 at 10:18 am.

                                            The bus arrived around 15-20 minutes late at the stop.
                                            I waved my hand at the bus, the driver had an eye contact with me but he did not stop the bus and just drove it away.

                                            I called the customer care immediately and he suggested to take the next bus which was supposed to come at 11:08 (but arrived at 11:37 am).
                                            He told that he would co-ordinate with the driver and arrange me a seat in this bus.
                                            I boarded the bus at 11:37 but the driver refused to have got any such call.
                                            Later when I called the CC again and made him speak to this driver, the driver admitted to have got this call before.
                                            So again, this driver too was careless with his duty.

                                            So I had to wait for more than 1 hour at the bus stop because of the METROZIP teams’ fault. This was pretty frustrating for me.
                                            This kind of attitude of your drivers are simply frustrating. Because of that careless driver who does not do his duty properly, I was late to office and I missed an important meeting.

                                            I am not at all satisfied with your service. The bus changes are pretty high but the service is extremely bad.

                                            I was going through the online reviews for METROZIP and have found many dissatisfied customers, and the number is increasing everyday.
                                            I have also read that the mailers to this destination are never replied back. The calls are never received. Whats going on?

                                            I hope you are not day-dreaming that you are doing us a favour? We are paying more than what we pay for the cabs.
                                            High handedness continues with buses being overloaded & people standing in evenings without any monitoring whatsoever

                                            Routes get trimmed abruptly without intimation
                                            No refund for any service failure on their part...

                                            & if you want to continue, get off at "their" convenient spot
                                            & wait for another shuttle to take you to your original destination

                                            About time, people of Pune & especially Hingewadi started taking alternative & dumping this pathetic service
                                            Metrozip is a very very third class bus service. I availed a monthly pass for that and on 1st of june I had a very bad experience with bus service and I cancelled whole month's pass immediately.
                                            Those all passes got cancelled since then I can not travel by the bus nor I am getting any refund.
                                            These shameless people are deducting my amount daily even if the pass is cancelled and saying that we will not refund.
                                            In this digital world where we are getting served digitally by meny vendors I have not come across such bad experience.
                                            Are there not any rules/laws wherein if consumer has not taken any service and is not getting refund and if this was the case why they are allowing cancellation, ...?
                                            Please let me know wehere can I file complaint against this.
