Any type of video formats not supported in our Metz tv like MP4, MPG AVI etc kindly do the needful asap

Not supported any type of video like MP4, MPG, AVI everything is not working showing not supported...

I bought Metz TV 55 inches 9 months ago and now the TV screen has started coming on 4 lines. And I also complained on toll free number of Metz 1 month ago and no response from Metz, I have called around 20 times. No response has been received yet and we have responded from the company that there will be some upgrade that will let us know....

I have purchased METZ TV 43inch 4K Google TV model . I purchased mode on ECS loan options only daily on daily hardwork then Earn money but now I feel very pathetic situation.
Reason : Pendrive not supported
Once insert pendrive running only half hour then automatically screen error and automatic closed the option.

TV purchased show...

I purchage tv before 8 month ago, but till before few days ago a three lines comes on screen, i call lot of time but no call connect, all no.atometic cut or swith off, i complain to great eastern, agarpada but they say they will go at home, but still from one more week no one any visite to my home, i have problm to see the picture, tv has four years waranty, i extent two years more, but in eight month line come on screen, i send u picture...

My tv got damagedfro the [purchase of only 1 month and still me and my husband are following up from 3rd of july 2019 till date but since the follow up team of vijay sales are not giving us the correct aanswer and not even helping us... They are just ignoring our complaint and giving us relies such as:tomorrow our person will come and all the nonsense answers...
Better give a reply to our complaint otherwise wewill give a complaint...
