Leakage problem from the above flat
Hello! Sir,
I am a resident or Akanksha Co.op Hsng soc. Charkop, Kandivali west, Mumbai. Its a ragistered society from MHADA. I am facing leakage problem from my above flat bathroom, since last one year. The residents staying in the flat above does not agree to do the leakage repair work.The society has sent him two notices, asking him to get his bathroom flooring repaired, and the cost will be shared equally by both the parties....
