Mi Store Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered an earphone from Mi store and after that I have cancelled the order but the amount is not refunded till now . It has been about 20 days of cancellation but no refund from Mi store. Pls help .!!

I ordered these items from mi store app (iPhone). Which I want to return but the mi store has declined to return as this is not their policy but I don’t think if a customer is dissatisfied then I should get my money back with returns as only one thing among these is useful to me then why I can’t get a return over these products. There are hell e-commerce websites available from where I can buy.

1. Mi Flexi phone grip- I thought it would be a revolutionary product, but just a simple pop socket thing nothing special, I can buy it for ₹50 in the local market which mi charged ₹150

2. Mi step red backpack- ₹250 for a bag in which I can’t even put my laptop is very small and not of any use.

3. Mi motion activated light 2- ₹500 which is of again no use as it needs 3 batteries and I can get many other lights in such a range.

4. Mi electric toothbrush T100- ₹299 which is absolutely worst bought. There is no bottom part provided in the package then how is it electric. It’s just a simple toothbrush which I can get 5 for ₹100 in many brands in a local market.

I understand it's their company policy not to get returns but what shall I do with these useless products worth Rs 1100 around. I am a common person of the middle-class family. I can't afford to lose my money for just a sack of their policies which are not for us.

I have purchased 4x tv 50 inch online with mi store at 2nd oct.2019. Order id[protected], i having problems in remote because tv can not be off by remote. I logged repair reference no r 248743 on 3rd nov they tell us tv software update issue & said within 10 days it may be solved but till date now problem is as it is. Then i logged after 10 days again 3 nos. Request one by one reference no. R258689, r260384 & r262564 but they reply similar software issue by telephonic without visiting & developing and they closed the compliant request. I am regular touch in customer care & mail but their answer is always told me to wait but my problem is over 15 days and how much to wait,

I have order mobile from this site and pay full payment from paytm but i had did not recieved any order successfully confirmation message yet even then do not deliver product and when i talk to mi store customer care they said this site is not part o[censored]s... But this site have mention mi store logo and all rights.. If this site is fake then how can i take my money back... Please help me

I ordered my phone 15days ago, first they delay saying there is problem in their delivery provider (Kart) and now the delivery ll be after 7days.
I waited 7 days now they telling order has been cancelled and ll reach to warehouse and refund ll be given after 7-10 business days.
Am i fool? Waited 15days just to hear that your order is canceled by kart delivery.
I am not at all satisfied with how you give customer service.

Xiaomi staff was very rude. Pls teach them first manners and how to behave with customer then open new mi store. This was not acceptable with xiaomi store. I cant believe this. Pls xiaomi do the needfull with your staff. I think they are not interested in selling your product

I took mi a2 device which was delivered on 16th oct. But because of heating issue returned the device.
They took mi a2 on 6th nov but till they have not return the mobile. As well as they are not giving from information when mobile will reached on warehouse, when bill get generate. Even they don't had information after 7th nov, where mobile was and on 17th nov they said mobile is in mumbai warehouse only which was expected to deliver bangalore warehouse on 8th nov. I raised many complain in customer care but they are giving incorrect data and false commitment like back-end team contact you in 24 hours, will mail you all update regarding device, bill will generate in 24 hours.
Even when i tried to connect with senior but after putting on hold they disconnected the call and this happened twice
This kind of behavior is not expected from mi. They are not providing information according to customer question, even not ready to help and false commitment. Customer get frustrated but they are repeating same sentences.
