I have sent my mi4i mobile for repair through pickmi service from the date of 24th june 2016 but till date i have not receive my phone my complaint number is [protected].
i called to customer care many times but they did not know any updated status.
At the time of sending my phone customer care told me my phone will repair within 7-8 working days but till now it is more than one month.

so please help....

I had charging problem in my mobile, then i took my mobile to xiaomi service centre in park street, kolkata. They told me that your mobile is not repaired at the moment. They need some more time to repair my mobile. After that they told me that they will give me a call when my mobile is repaired. But after some days later when i called them, they are not responding my calls. I want to need to know what is the actual condition of my mobile...

Tracking id of mobile is FMPC[protected]...Internet connection is not working properly, Mobile getting heat, battery backup is very low...I bought the mobile on[protected]..I used the mobile for past 3 days I found the above mentioned problem arises continuously so I request you to change the mobile as soon as possible.....
