I bought micromax Q5fb handset on 25/03/2010. Just within 2 weeks its camera stopped working, though it got corrected latter but harware quality is questionable.
Then its trackball started creating trouble just 2 months before the expiry of warranty period. Since then I am calling their authorised service center (Infinity solutions,Pune) and they are just giving false promisses it will available on next tuesday, next week and so on....

I purchased Micromax Q5 fb in my own name from a Mobile Store Uttam Nagar, and within a month i got my mobile's trackball was not working correctly. Its begin a real headache when I went to Micromax service centre in Suneja Tower II, Janak Puri District Centre, First time when I went to this centre they were busy in lunch, OK i wait there about 1 hour. There a lady receptionist came and told me that this time track boll is not available...

Very Very Poor Network coverage

I had bought Micromax Q5 fb mobile sets recently. I am facing frequent no service/network problems. Even if network coverage are shown on by mobile, still i am unable to connect for any call. Always appears as no signal everywhere. Anyone can help me on it....
