I received a text from my credit card company that the merchant has took 39000rs from my account but I never made the transaction nor I have known to this merchant before this incident. Kindly take action for the merchant to get my funds back...

Today I got a payment link on iMobile app when i complained something on twitter about my credit card and then i got a number which have been registered to the same company, [protected]. I made the payment on behalf of my credit card issue but afterthat this number is switched off.
I have payment refernce ID too :[protected].
Payment is also showing in the razorpay by this reference ID.
this company is fraud. Kindly...
