I took this bus every day time 2:45pm some time 2:33 from rai to Bhayander police station I always see this bus conductor talking in abusive language with passengers
and senior citizens, every day on 20/12/23 I took this 2:45pm bus form rai bus-stop I ask the conductor to a ticket from rai to Bhayander police station I got one frome him but after some bus- stops The bus got too crowded so I stand quietly where I was not on the stairs bus little front of the gate bar there was no choice to me but stand there he started pushing me to move forward I just said him that the bus is crowded I can't move forward then he suddenly got angry talking rubbish with me he stoped the running bus and telling me to leave the bus is this how you behave with a passenger this is totaly wrong wasting my time and all other passengers time I felt embarrassed so I left the bus didn't even complete my journey.
I request Mira Bhayander MBMT to look after this conductor name Akshay patil I have attached my ticket with this complaint there is information about the bus need a reply on this topic

Rash driving braking like a maniac my dad fallen down 2 times near the gate

First of all, I request you to please start a bus service from Mira Road to Uttan naka this will be very convenient for us.Like we have to change trains from Bangladesh or from the station every day. In this both our people's time and money are wasted.This is a big problem for our people, please work on this message.

Today I was travelling by 16 no bus from mira road station to tiwari collage abd I want to alight at 2nd last stop but driver of bus didn't stop and took me to last stop and I have to came by walking from there question is ia this right in the book of law? for this drivers and when I told him he rudely ansewerd me that we don't stop when any passenger not there is this written in any book of law in mbmt ? Today I was standing at Louis wadi bus stop, ahead of Marathon chowk/Teen hath Naka, Thane, at 9.PM, for half an hour and finally saw bus no 10 approaching. I waved hand and signaled the bus to stop but driver was least bothered. He saw me waiving hand still didn't stop the bus and continued speeding the bus. And just behind bus no 10, was bus no 29 even he didnt stop and continued to speed up.
Firstly, the bus frequency is extremely poor. We have to wait for at least an hour on some isolated place for bus, on top of that ur drivers do not stop despite giving signals to halt.
This is not the first time, have experienced this enough of times to bring to your notice.

I have been regularly travelling from mc donalds to cadbury junction by ac bus no 10 of mbmt. first of all most of the time the bus is running delayed, if asked to conductor, they misbehaved. the name of the conductor is ganesh jadav.

Today i gave him 2000rs note as i did not have any small denomination currency with me due to demonitization move. but he refused to take it and misbehaved, though i have seen that he had the required changes with him, later on the driver also misbehaved.
Are we living in civilised society???
I have seen this guy also misbehaved with other passengers irrespective of age and gender.
Need immediate action for the same
