As a responsible citizen of India, I would like to bring to your kind notice some problems in the locality:
1. There are a large number of rats in the locality. This poses a huge risk of many fatal outbreak of diseases, like plague. In middle of a ranging pandemic, our medical system cant afford to sustain a new outbreak. Would request you to look into the matter and take immediate action.
2. There is a dumping ground in the middle of settlement. Dumping grounds are supposed to be away from houses and building as this too is a risk for human health. Would request you to change the place the garbage is dumped and clean the area that's been affected.
3. The roads in the area have become an animal husbandry. People here have goats, hens and other animals that freely roam the area and create problems. Due to this one can't even plant trees in a building for they all know the goats are going to eat it. This reduces the sense of responsibility in a citizen. Further, goats and hens aren't supposed to be tamed in middle of cities and roads.
4. There are constant water shortages because of break of water lines every month. It's become more of a routine than a problem.

Would request your responsible government to take adequate actions and solve these issue of taxpayers.

I want to raise objection on not allowing general public to get petrol. The petrol pumps allow only essential workera to get petrol which is partiality. We as non esential workers do have and need to ise our private vehicles... in which the chance of the spread of Covid19 is very low... with no petrol in our vehicle... we will have to use public transport where the risk is higher.

I request you to look into it and decide accordingly.

I was Going to medical to buy an ointment around 8pm. Due to New rules of covid there were no people passing by. The lampost light were also too dim & was dark there.

I just missed to fall in that as it was not visible at night. If I would have fallen...

This is to notify that since many years living in my society there are no activities to control pest.However last few months have been horrible in the vicinity of my society. Sleeping has become a nightmarish activity, with so many mosquitoes moving around.Kids are the worst affected lot.using coil, goodnight and odomos also doesn't work

-i am working at Banegar high school, at naya nagar, mira road east, The management is forcefully calling teacher and students at college, management also blackmail teachers if they don't come to college they will not provide salary, even the worse situation, some teacher travel from nalasopara which can be danger in this pandemic situation for teacher and their family and for student also..
The working time of school is 10 am to 1 pm.

Our Nikita classes have illegally running the classes and there are 2 corona casses in the classes also but they are not closing the classes.

We are facing inadequate water supply problem. In Medtiya Heritage(Naya Nagar) building and surrounding areas not getting enough water. Conditions are becoming worst day by day. Please solve our problem.

I am staying in one of so called premium society where every other every 10-20 members complaint for shortage of water supply. After research I found out that few members have installed extra water tanks in their flat which resulted in over and above consumption of water, [as per BMC guidelines it is illegal as per BMC hoarding water in any type of container/tank is illegal and punishable upto Rs 2500/ and continuing offence will lead to revocation of "Occupancy Certificate" (OC)] just wanted to confirm if the same BMC rule I mentioned here is applicable to the societies falls under MBMC and what are the consequences and action MBMC can take on such member/society. Please advise.

I am citizen of Bhayander east, Navghar road, jain nagar near Lokmanya school from Rishabha Krupa chs. for last 3 years. Facing water shortage problem. Dear MBMC team,
We getting almost nill water supply in ASHA Nagar building bhayandar east. It's almost month we not getting proper water supply. Most of the time we have to buy water from outside. If there is water supply issue why it's taking so long time to resolve.
Kindly respond and take action public suffering a lot.

Im student from mira road i have complain regarding library in poonam sagar where in girls section there is no ac and nd no window and also door are closed so we have study in such situation for are final exams and also there is issue of cleaning as there is no facilities to eat our tiffin they told us to eat on stairs which are very dirty all time and not suitable for health as per corona situation

We are residents of Om surya darshan apartments in ramdev park. We have a L&T apartment just behind our building. There are done done cultural programmes being held in this apartment from last week. Everyday the loudspeaker nose is so loud that we cannot concentrate on our work.

With COVID situation most of the people are working from home and we have online meetings. It becomes really difficult to attain meeting with such high noise in the background.

Please help.

Respected sir this is to inform that our lady of Nazareth School has reopened illegally from 10 Feb and ther are no vivid restrictions followed at all like no sanitizer s provided no sanitization no social distancing

I am resident of kailash mansarovar society, opp to narayana e-techno school, bhayander west, 401101. In this area there are more than 15 street dogs, always continuously barking whole night. Because of noise and disturbance i'm not able to attend conference call and meeting with client at night time from other countries.

As i'm working from home, its very difficult to manage and stay in this society if this issue not solved as soon as possible. Kindly send dog catchers.

I am the resident of saroopi society near mira nursing home lane, naya nagar, mira road east.
This is the serious issue regarding illegal hawkers sitting in the open plot ..where the local guys charge them rs 500 for 5 hrs ..the total amount collect around 30, 000 ( thirty thousand)
Which they are distributing to mbmc officer ...we are seeing whats going over there ..first mbmc not allowed for a month to sit there inside the plot and now every saturday ..mbmc are quiet ..because of this market there are huge traffic we owners cant take our bike or car inside the lane...this is not the first time...where all locals boys collecting money from the hawkers this is going all illegal things ..plsz take a strict action against this market or should i have to send this complaint to the upper level...as our mbmc officer has a duty to keep lane clean from the hawkers zone...but the illegal amount collected and distributed going here and there ...
Plsz take a strict action ..for the sake of the residents staying there ...

We are suffering from heavy leakages from above terrace flat, in shop no 5, this is going on since last so many years earlier also, wehave registered complaint, but with no results.
As the owner of the flat belongs to have some political background, hence nothing is heard in society also aswell in G.AGM. If this continue the whole bldg will come down..which can cause lives also. Kindly do needfull.

There are more than 20 stray dogs in our society area. They are wild and attack people. It's difficult to go out in night or early morning for a walk. I would like to request you to remove these dogs from here. It's unsafe for everyone.

At hatkesh, In front of OYO hotel the small illegal building is demolished but the debris is not pulled out because of that the drainage line is bolcked the sewage water is comming out on the road

This complaint is from Suparshwa Apartment, Shashikanth Nagar, Bhayandar West. It is unbearable with mosquitoes throughout the night in large numbers. Tried all methods but quite difficult since weeks and hence filing a complaint. Kindly help.

We don't even have water for drinking..
Drinking water is also not supply while shortage of water..
We are buying a water from out for drinking.

I am a resident of Mira Road, Shanti Nagar, sector 9, B-18, we have been facing shortage of water supply, it is very hard to make needs meet, due to this on going pandemic water requirement has increased and it unacceptable to receive less supply of water

I’m a resident of Salasar Avenue, Near nagar bhavan, Sir I wrote you a mail since we’re facing a lot of problems due to mosquitoes. Sir the mosquitoes have increased rapidly and are creating trouble for us. As you know, the covid pandemic is at its peak along with all this we can’t afford to have another pandemic of dengue and malaria. I request you take some actions or else everyone will suffer. I request you to spray some medicines or gas that can kill mosquitoes.

The stp plant located at miravroad shanti nagar near st joseph school is making lot of noice of machinary and continuous working 24×7 it is effecting sleep of senior citizen and other people in the residential area.

The machine is faulty and creating nusance .

This is about poor air quality in my area, there is burning of garbage and debris in my vicinity due to that huge amount of smoke is formed and spreading in my area and one of my family member is suffering from lung disease it's painful to see a family member to suffer like that it is just me thinking about my family but indirectly it is good for all of the people who are living close to this area.

This is regarding the non functioning of street lights in our area ( residing at sujata shopping center, Navghar Road, Bhayander east, opposite aaradhana building) . We have been facing these issues since last two months and are finding difficulties at late night hours,

There are thousands of illegal hawkers sitting beside every roads of mira bhayankar city but mbmc is not taking any legal action on this illegal hawkers
Illegal encroachment are done by shop owners, garage, hotels, even corporaters are grabbing reserved open land example mira road near ayyapa mandir bjp corporator anil virani grabbed reserved land in the name of bappa sitaram mandir and there he built-up lodging hotel and other illegal construction and he gives this hotel and lodging on rent when mbmc is going to take strict legal action on such kind of illegal encroachments also all political party offices are built up illegaly some are in middle of road some offices are in open space beside roads etc . Etc. Many social workers have given complaints in written then also mbmc officers are not taking any legal action on this illegal encroachments
