Dear sir/madam,

I am a shop owner of raj amber chs located in bhayander (West).
Next kailash mansarovar tower road, opp. The narayana school.

I would like to nab your attention to a open road adjacent to ours shops and society gate which has been turned into a dumping ground by the people in the vicinity.

I have been trying to encourage people around to through out the garbage there and not in the open. I even had fights for the same with society but they don't seem to understand.

Being narayana school location there, it is really harmful for children school coming.

The problem became personal when i got skin allergies and other members
Detected with dangerous infections.

We would be really helpful if you could help me in this matter.
I'd be really thankful.

I stay in mira road, opposite kanakia police station, thane.

My urgent concern is that opposite to kanakia police station there is footpath made but some of the gutter slabs are broken which was made of concrete..

Now the thing is most of the gutters are open & there is a high chance of someone to fall into that death hole. Kids, youngsters & old age people always walk on footpath including me.. I have noticed that many people have just missed to fall in it..

Its so deep & smelly that if any person or animal falls into it then within seconds they will die due to lack of oxygen & get drowned.. Its a sincere request to bmc & mira bhayander municipal corporation that please take appropriate action in the matter o[censored]rgency before anyone dies or else i will call media & reveal everything in front of kanakia police station what is actually going on.

I am resident of old golden nest phase 2
And i am badly injured by a dog bite from a dog from my area itself. This incident was happened at main gate of old golden nest near sai baba mandir. It is a stray dog and he is brown in colour and he is also quiet large in height also very very aggressive in nature. He is suffering from a mental disorder because he has been harming people and also bitten 3 other members from society. I usually cross same path daily and i can't because of this dangerous dog and i very scared by him now. I am requesting to find this dog and take him to mental care and get him a treatment and save people from getting bitten by him. This is a really very serious issue and i want municipal corporation to solve this asap. I hope you take absolute measures to handle this case and won't let it increase. I have also attached pictures of my injury as a file as a prove. Kindly cooperate with me and help me out with this disaster.

There are 8-10 dogs in narendra park (Juhi), naya nagar. They are very ferocious and attacks all together. There have been numerous incidence of attacks on the kids and people of this area and since last 2 months there has been several dog bites to 3 different people. Out of which one victim had to go for a plastic surgery for the leg considering the depth and size of the wound. There is huge fear among the people and the kids of the society as they are always together and attacks randomly. This a serious issue, kindly provide us with the required help.

We are facing problems from dogs near al khabab building in kashimira westurn park mira bhayender road. Lots of small kids passing by that area for westurn school and other works. Every morning afternoon and every time more than 15 to 20 dogs are sitting on the middle of road near to al bilal apartment and al khabab biulding which may cause dog attack on small kids

Hello respected sir/madam,
We are facing problem with footpath in mira road (East) opposite hydri chowk. Shopkeepers had occupied whole footpath and their is no way to walk on footpath. Shopkeepers are even not allowing to stand in front of their shop during day time as their all good are kept on footpath, shopowners are telling they are paying rent for the footpath also, we don't know whom they are paying rent for foothpath?? Please take some legal actions..!!

The area in and around chetan wines near j & k bank, shanti park has become a nuisance zone during evenings. The no hawkers zone signboard has vanished and only hawkers are to to be seen on the footpath meant for pedestrians. Drunkards who drink openly in front of the wine shop patronize these illegal food stalls and this place becomes a notorious area in the evenings. Women feel unsafe walking on that street and a major disaster is bound to happen. Also, drunkards park their vehicles haphazardly and pedestrians find it very difficult to walk.
My humble request to you is to remove the illegal food stalls, restore the place to its no hawkers zone status, make sure no one drinks openly and let the traffic flow smoothly by regulating the vehicles visiting the wine shop.
Earlier, this place was one of the cleanest places in mira bhayander and now it is the dirtiest.

Mbmc visited db orchid ozone building near thakur mall some days back and told residents there will be fumigation against mosquitoes the next day. Sadly it isn’t conducted yet. While i highly appreciate mbmc’s promptness in visit, i do request them to fumigate the place against mosquitoes asap so that discomfort of residents will be relieved.

We are facing problems from dogs near anjuman mufidul yatama school gate. Lots of small kids passing by that area for school. Every morning more than 15 to 20 dogs are sitting on the middle of road opp to neelkant apartment and anjuman mufidul yatama school which may cause dog attack on small kids.

We seek your support to take necessary action at the earliest.

Please note lot of scrap vehicles, old unused cars, spare cars are dumped on the good roads provided by the corporation.
The corporation can earn revenue by charging heavily on the owners who are misusing the roads or pick up the unclaimed scraps /unused cars and sell it to the sponge iron companies. This shall clean the roads, so that citizens have more space on the roads to ply their vehicles.

Kindly look into this suggestion to reduce the congestion on roads

Myself sakaram godsai i leave in ambrosia infront of tulip apt near bharav residency kanakia landmark cinemax my request is to please send the dog catching van in our area as there are lots of dogs in our area its to scary to go out somewhere at midnight time they bite people and bark them always please help us with so we can fell safe.

Subject - Using Vibrator machine for wall and tiles removing.

I am staying in Niramal Nagar CHSL at Mira Bhayandar road opp. St. Thomas church.
In that same building on Ground floor GNC office work interior work is going on .
They r using Vibrator machine to remove walls and wall tiles.
Because of that Vibrator my first floor slabs is vibrating and in my flat crack's r developing.
I requested them several times but they don't understand and still they r using Vibrator machine to remove walls.
I hope u understand and short out this issues.

There is lot of noise in our area and across almost everywhere in mira road and it's past 12 in midnight and this ganesh chaturthi festival is too much for us to handle. They don't stop what kind of public decency is this why we have to bare this?? Why there are no strict rules about this nuisance?? Please stop this torture for the rest o[censored]s. It's a humble request to take strict action on this.

I really wanna file complaint against these munciple corporation people... I don't understand ye thele wale logo ki galati kya h bhai vo sirf thela lagake bechare apna pet hi to bhar rahe h na... Unki gadiya le jate ho becharo ka ek matr sahara chin lete ho... Society me itni sari problems h unpe foccuss kro na...in becharo ko jine do... Ye kya koi chori kr rhe h ya murder... Road ke side me thela lagake apna pet bharte h bechare... Road ke bich me to lagate nhi h... Or agar koi complaint krta h tab aap log kro to smjh bhi aata hai... Or thik h mana aap log ye hum logo ki suvidha ke liye krte ho... Lekin in becharo ke liye koi proper jagah bana do vegetable market bana do so that vo apna pet pal ske or unhe in officials ko bribe na krna pade

This is to ur kind attention that in our socty there is a stray dog and now it is infected with some fungal infection and from her body lots of bugs are coming which is very bad for our small children playing nearby so we kindly request u to pls catch the dog and take away pls do the needful it is very serious thing if some child will infected with this

16 fit ki gali me sirf 2 fit chlne ki liye jagah rakhte hai, pure week me ek sunday k din bhi sab dukane band nahi karte kuch dukan wale sunday bhi dukan khuli rakhte hai

At our society enterence there is huge pile of garbage and debries which is not collected by corporation vehicle even after sevral request.

We are facing sevral health related issues because of this as regularly some or other person is burning garbage which is causing smoke

We are the residence of iraisa chs ltd - near rbk school - beverly park mira road - e - 401107, this is to bring your kind notice that the garbage vehicle is not picking up garbage from our society since last 3 days. All our dustbin are lying in front of society gate with full of garbage and getting rotten due to rains.

Due to this, there is mosquito menace in the society and people are getting sick also dirty smell is coming from the garbage and all the resident of this society are impacted.

I hope soon mbmc will act upon this complaint and resolve the issue and collect the garbage on daily basis.

Where is the swatcha abhiyan gone
There’s a filthy dirty garbage lying in sanghavi nagar mira bhayander road since 3 days with big spilling garbage bins thus creating flies and diseases
I think mira bhayandar nagar palika should more focus on open garbages in rainy season on daily basis
I hope soon mbmc will act upon this complaint and resolve the issue

Sir i stay in greenwood complex hatkesh miraroad the society dustbin is kept in the garden where children play n it is very unhygienic n there is no one to raise a complaint abt the same on the south side of the garden the is a small area abt 5000sqt where there are small trees growing n on top of it there n snakes coming towards the garden where children's play n it is very dangerous plz take care of this as soos as possible 🙏

Im talking about heena avenue 3rd pooja nagar which is connected to the market here vegitable vendors and our socaiety shops throw garbage in front of our gate which is very stinky and harmful for health in our building there r 4 chikem shop and one motton shop they also keep our premisis dirty. On top of that our sociaity dont take any action against them they r useless plss help us plssssss

Sir has i am the owner of the shop nr new silver palaza nr ratnagiri hotel. I wanna complaint regarding the road hawker and their unsafety and open cylinder they use on road. They block the road and makey the area so dirty block the gutter by trowing all waste. All the hawkers are brought by the locals of that area on daily commision. As i had made complaint before also regarding this but no action taken on this. That dosa wala drop hot oil vessel on the road. Which was very risky. And they are very unhygenic foods all school children are eating that. Plz it is humble request that take strick action on them. And make that area no hawkers street. If this timr action will not be taken then i have to go to higher authority. Mob [protected].

My row house is in mira rd. Hartkesh posh complex. Before gcc club. Its no 6. From very long before im having gutter problem. Its always full of dirty water which coming up and cant go longer. It should be a blockage problem. Please send somebody to clean my house gutter. I even dont use washroom. Im staying somewhere else. My number is [protected]. This is to bring your kind notice that a few stray dogs residing in my building attacking children, women and residents randomly. Everyday somebody is getting attacked which made a enviremen of fear among the residents.

Hi,

I live in vasudev sky high, opposite bhairav residency, near cinemax, ramdev park road, mira road (East).

There are many stray dogs in and around our society compound that bite children and drag the children as well. It is a major threat to the safety, well being and lives of kids. There have been multiple instances of dog bites in our society compound. Further, these pack of dogs also hunt and kill pigs in our area almost on a regular basis. Hence, it has become their tendency of spotting, singling out victims and then attacking and killing them. We have also witnessed grown up women being attacked and dragged by these stray dogs and hence being severely wounded.

Request you to kindly take prompt, urgent and decisive actions against these stray dogs to avoid any further mishaps.

Sir i am dhiren mehta from bhayander west. From last few month unauthorised hockers are increasing at bhayander west station road near vinayak mandir and near maharana pratap udhyaan. Autorikshw and bikes are parking inadequately. No place for walking and during peack hours situation get worst. I have raised compaint to social media also but no result pls do somthing.

I hav my resident in indralok phase 3 near big ground which is in front of veerkar bungalow. Eevry day there is some baba ka pandaal n every afternoon they are having some bhajan with loudspeaker with its highest volumn it's really disturbing. I would suggest that kindly take some action n ask them to alteasr lower the volume it's really irritating

Dear sir,

I am a resident of mira cooperative housing society located opposite the national highway no. 8 flyover behind hotel amar palace, mira, 401104.

I would like to bring to the concerned authorities’ notice the situation of streets in our locality. Since the construction of the flyover from western park upto mira gaonthan on the national highway, our locality is drawn in darkness at night as there are no lights to take away the dangerous darkness and to provide safety to the citizens while crossing the road. The funny thing is that the electricity board has installed poles on either side of the road to supply light, but these are just poles, not the electricity.

There is apprehension of some major accident taking place, because the traffic passes over this road round the clock. The necessity of electrification requires no emphasis.in addition to accidents, cases of thefts and robbery can also not be denied. Darkness may lead to any kind of mishappening.

We, the poor citizens just want the concerned authorities to pay heed to our request, take this matter seriously and get the streetlights fixed as soon as possible.

I have been a local resident of satsang 2, b wing, poonam sagar complex, mira road east, mira bhayandar, maharashtra 401107. The foothpath side gutters are open at our side due to which my child got dengue. The foothpath gutter is covered of opposite side whith concrete. I request you to plz cover the guuter with concrete as many resident people are becoming victim of dengue. I also complaint in mira bhayander muncipality but till now they did not solved my problem.
