Misty Abacus (Mr Praful) — Fraud !!

I have been dealiing with Mr Praful who's the owner of this company and very nice person to talk to. But when it comes to delivering on promises there is no way you can get through.
I had my niece registering with him for taking classes to become teacher for Abacus. Shilpi, one of her employee came at home giving couple classes and take the payment with the understanding that classes will be organized at home. Class was good since it is the time of payment, Shilpi took the check. Since then its been almost 6 months I have been following up to organize rest of 15-20 clasess training classes, issuing certificate etc but everything vanishes with promises and commitments over the phone only without holding any classes.

I am at a stage wherein I have given up and stopped calling him or Shipli for the same as it only adds to frustration. I have considered this as bad choice and wrong decision of making payment to some local company or Mr Praful.

I recommend not to go for teacher profession with Misty Abacus since they only take the payment without any commitment to complete training.

Started their office (only for name sake) in may09. Purchsed 20-22 Desktop LCD Computers, 4-5 black berry phones. (Persons Involved - Anup Bhardvaj, Ankit Krishna Mohan and bloody Arun kumar). They have also purchased School T-shirts, Caps, bags, Books etc.. All the goods were puechased on 2-3 months credit period. As their mind was culprit they were asking all the vendors to even charge some more price but forced them to supply at credit terms giving the reason that the company is new. But everyone now knows that they never wanted to pay but wanted to runaway with in 2-3 months without paying anybody. Even I have heard that they have not paid to any of their Mumbai employees but on the contrary they have used their mobile phones to make local and STD calls. All these above name 3 bloodies used to travel by flight which was booked thru travel agents. (no need to tell that the agents are also not paid for these). They hired their employees by one consultant "Mafoi" who is also not paid his consultancy fees. They were staying in 5 star hotel to attract good people & vendors and were telling that will buy office at powai/BKC/Worli etc. But the other reson 4 staying in hotel is they were paying hotel charges by credit card but I think they have not paid the Credit Card bills. Even the possibility is they must have paid from any employees credit card who must be crying at this moment. (may not have got his salary but on the contrary will have to pay from his pocket for Credit card bill)

The main story is about their last day at the hotel (As told to me by the hotel reception):

One fine morning they made a story that all (4 to 5) laptops have been stolen from the hotel premises. (Actually anup & ankita booked a room on the previous night in the same hotel and transfered the laptops to their room from the diamond room). Than they complained to hotel mgt about the theft and asked them to check in their CC TV camera. (Here their intention was to check wether they themselves have been caught in the CC TV or not). But the hotel mgmt was smart and they informed that they can not show the CC TV footage to them but they will check it them selves. After some time hotel mgmt denied to show the CC TV footage to Anup but asked them to lodge a police complaint and informed that they will show the footage only to the police. (No nned to say that hotel persons may have found anup or ankita transfering the laptops than making all these drama). The reception told me that when mr. anup went to complain to the airport police station, the plolice instead of accepting his complaint arrested him 4 wrong complaints and for fraud as there were already 4 to 5 complaints lodged against him for cheating the vendors.

The above may be a game plan and fraud for some money but these bloddy people don't understand what could happen to those poor vendors and employees. In this recession many vendors are anyway incurring losses and these bloddy are cheating them only to add burden. The worst case is with the employees: they must have left their good job and might have joined this company for better future but this bloody people don't think all these. They just want to enjoy with money by pushing many persons in to troble and depression.

Be careful.

My sincere request to
Mr. Anup, Arun kumar & Ms. Ankita

Please stop playing with poor and innocent people for all the wrong money but use your mind in some positive business so that you can also earn abd along with you youe employyes and vendors also earn something.

I totally agree with what the above person says. I was in touch with them for the past 6 months to start a franchisee. I got the ad. from woman's Era. I did all the ground work and tried my best to check if they were good. At that time they always suggested to me that they were good and had a very great reputation. I paid up the franchisee fee. They got me in touch with Virtual Academics and they promised to run the show from then on. But once the money reached them, they vanished.

My repeated attempts to reach employees of the company failed. Infact, the office in Barton center in Blore was closed and all employees had quit by then. The company CEO Mr Prafulla Verma washes his hands off the issue saying it wasnt his responsibility. Wonder what kind of CEO he is!!! He was very very clear that no refund will happen and he also suggest we shud try and trace Virtual Academics, even though our agreement and receipt of payment of franchisee fee was with Misty Abacus. It is only then that I realized that I had been tricked by the fraud company.

All my hard earned money is down the drain now. I am at my wits end. I have not even got any service or support they promised and no refund.

My sincere advice to anyone who wants to have any kind of dealing with these guys is, WATCH OUT!!! YOU ARE DEALING WITH CHEATS HERE!!!

The words pradaasyate putravantam are read in some translations as 'Rishyasringa who already has a son...' while others read it as 'a sage who endows progeny by putra kameSti ritual...' But in Maha Bharata father Vibhandaka says to Rishyasringa to comeback after begetting a son, which Rishyasringa did not concede. So taking this some say Rishyasringa has a son. 27b, 28. tataH sarve naagaraaH= then, all, citizens; indra karmaNaa= one who has exploits like that of Indra; nara indreNa= by people's, lord – Dasharatha; satkritya praveshyamaanam= well honoured, and being entered; yathaa= as with; kaashyapam= sage Kashyapa's son, namely Vamana, the dwarf boy incarnation of Vishnu; sahasra aksheNa surendreNa= by thousand eyed, lord of gods, namely Indra; divi= in heaven [while entered]; tam dvijam= him, at that Brahman; dR^iSTvaa pramuditaaH= on seeing, highly gladdened.

Then all the citizens are very happy on seeing that Brahman, Sage Rishyasringa, who is well honoured and being entered into the city by their king Dasharatha, as has been done once by Indra when he entered sage Kashyapa's son Vamana, the dwarfish boy and the incarnation of Vishnu, into heavens, and thus those citizens felt that their human lord Dasharatha vies with divine lord Indra. [1-11-27b, 28]

The simile of Indra to king Dasharatha is in two ways. Dasharatha ruled kingdom like Indra who rules Heavens. The word Indra karmaNa also refers to the deeds of Dasharatha, in helping the gods' forces combating the demonic forces. Thus the deeds performed by Dasharatha are like those of Indra's. Here Dasharatha is bringing Sage Rishyasringa to Ayodhya. Earlier Indra led Vamana, the dwarf-boy to heavens. Vamana is the incarnation of Vishnu in early ages and after Vamana suppressed Bali, the Emperor to netherworlds, Indra took Vamana to heavens. Thus Dasharatha is like Indra on earth, both by his virtue and deed. Incidentally, Vamana i.e., Vishnu, is the son-incarnate to Sage Kaashyapa, while sage Rishyasringa is the grandson of the same Kaashyapa. Thus Sage Kaashyapa is instrumental to these two incarnations. Through the divine grace of Sage Rishyasringa, the same Vishnu is going to take birth as Rama, while Sage Kashyapa is a grandparent of Rama in this era, and while he alone was Vishnu's father when Vishnu incarnated as Dwarf boy Vamana.

Shanta thus being admired by all of them, and in an exceptional manner by Dasharatha, comfortably resided there along with her husband, the Vedic scholar Rishyasringa. [1-11-30]

The Riwik is not just a reciter of Veda-s but more a director or conductor of whole orchestration of the Vedic ritual, which involves lots of rules, in reciting hymns, in performing deeds and all in their exactness. The whole lots of works that need be performed have the order of precedence like prime, auxiliary or adjunctive in their ordinance. A Ritwik is the elated scholar who keeps track of these activities while other scholars recite hymns as directed by these Ritwik-s. Hence, Ritwik-hood is the highest.

The Dour Era system of Hindus

[Font size can be enhanced under View menu]

The Four Era system, chaturyuga has the following components: satya yuga or krita yuga 17, 28, 000 years of duration. This is the era of Rama's ancestors of Ikshvaku dynasty, or the Solar dynasty. treta yuga 12, 96, 000 years.[The era is of Rama's near ancestors, again of Solar dynasty 3. dwapara yuga 8, 64, 000 years. This is the period of Epic Maha Bharata with an admixture of Solar and Lunar dynasties ruling. kali yuga 4, 32, 000 years. The present period obtaining from the ruination of Maha Bharata civilisation.

One cycle of the above four eras is called one mahaa yuga and seventy-one [71] of such of the Fourfold Eras mahaa yugaa-s will become one manvantara, Manu-Epoch, the time scale attributed to one Manu, the Supreme Ruler of Mankind. There are total fourteen such Manu-epochs and six of them over in the present manvantara, the time-scale.

The completed Manu cycles are 1.] svayambhu manu, 2.] svaarochiSa manu, 3.] auuttami manu, 4.] taamasa manu, 5.] raivata manu, 6.] chaaksha manu . Presently we are in the Seventh cycle called vaivasvata mnavantara, and there are seven more manvantara -s to come, starting with 8.] surya saavarni Manu, 9.] dharma saavani, 10.] daksha savarni, 11.] rudra saavarni, 12.] brahma saavrani, 13.] rouchya manu, 14.] bhoutya manu.

Such fourteen Manu time cycles will be said to be a Day of Brahma, the Absolute. Ramayana is said to have happened in kR^ita yuga, the second Manu time cycle. The earlier one is satya yuga, in which the ancestors of Rama, descendants of Raghu dynasty, like Saagara, Harishchandra et al, were the rulers, which is called Ikshvaku dynasty.

27b, 28. tataH sarve naagaraaH= then, all, citizens; indra karmaNaa= one who has exploits like that of Indra; nara indreNa= by people's, lord – Dasharatha; satkritya praveshyamaanam= well honoured, and being entered; yathaa= as with; kaashyapam= sage Kashyapa's son, namely Vamana, the dwarf boy incarnation of Vishnu; sahasra aksheNa surendreNa= by thousand eyed, lord of gods, namely Indra; divi= in heaven [while entered]; tam dvijam= him, at that Brahman; dR^iSTvaa pramuditaaH= on seeing, highly gladdened.

      Dear Sir,

Misty Abacus Pvt Ltd is a Fraud Co. Prafulla Verma is a cheater person having a debt of many lakhs.
I gave a interview at his office and i get to know these words from his own employees.
He has not taken service tax no. for his organization and even he has not paid salary to his employees from last 3 months . This co. can be shut down in any means of time. So i advice yu do not deal with this co. in any form.
This Co. is hardly 5 months old hardly having 40 centres at present all over india.
But these people ( Prafulla verma & Satish Verma ) claim to be more than 280 franchisee which is totally a fraud.
This co was once shut down 5 years back now they hv started again with the same name under the CMD Prafulla verma which is a fraud person who has some contact with big person of this industry.

      Mr Prafuula,
It is good to see you on this forum because normally you can not be find in office as all the creditors are demanding for their money and it is really next to impossible to catch you.

If you really concerned about the truth of address and my mobile no. then why don't you give your home address near somewhat janakpuri in delhi so that all people can ask for their hard earned money which is taken by you by providing wrong info. about your company.

If you really speaking truth why do you take all your new customers to few selected centres like gurgaon, preet vihar.???
Bcoz you know the reason that these are the only good centres with you and your mosty centres have just 15-20 students in their centres .

Why dont you provide your actuall no. of franchisees with their addresses as you wrongly misguide the people by claiming more than 280 franchisee ???

Why dont you fullfill your commitment of providing 40 students to each centre ?????

Why your employees always feel cheated as you kick off them after each 2 or 3 months without paying them any salary ????

If this is also BAKWAAS then we are waiting for your ans Mr Prafulla and one thing more write in proper english because it took me a lot of time to understand your msg. Atleast it was not expected from a CMD of a company

and finally thanks for correcting me Satish verma as Satish kumar .. i am sorry for that.

      Thanks & Regards

      Regards
