Compressor does not work
Hii, i had a worst experience with this mitsubishi ac. Few minutes after switching on this ac, its compressor stops working and it provide no cooling in the room. Due to which we get no advantage of setting up this ac. Now, i felt it was just a wastage of money and nothing else.

1.5 ton 5* split air conditioner

I had purchased mitsubishi heavy industries 1.5 ton split airconditioner from their dealer in navi mumbai; though the compressor is still under warranty and despite complaining the company has not deputed their technician to inspect nor have made any effort to replace the faulty compressor. Mitsubishi's products are very expensive as well as after sales service is very poor and exhorbitant.

installation of four split ac

I had purchased 04 SRK20CSSS-S6/SR/SRC20CSS-S6-MITSUBISHI HEAVY DUTY SPLIT AC ON 28 Jan 19 for an amount Rs 170937/- from International Aircon, Chandigarh vide Invoice No. GS/000827 and would like to bring to your notice that out of 4, the installation and work completion and finish of 2 ACs has not been upto the mark and not acceptable.
2. One AC’s connection to Supply point is left incomplete and it is expected that I should get it done myself.The naked wires from Stabiliser have been left hanging without connecting to supply point.
3. Another AC wires have not been secured in a proper manner.
3. Even after complaining, the status is as it is. The attitude is pathetic and I wonder what will be after sale service like?
4. I have paid Rs14000/- as fitting charges.
5. This IS NOT EXPECTED FROM MITSUBISHI.

Non-installation of delivered product

I am writing this complaint in utmost distress caused by the agency which delivered 3 mitsubishi air conditioners (1) 1.1 tr 5star ac, srk 13 clv.6, indoor serial no[protected]re; outdoor serial no[protected]re src 13 clv.6; (2) srk 13 clv.6 indoor serial no[protected] be outdoor serial no[protected] be; (3) srk 13 clv.6 indoor serial no[protected] re, outdoor serial no[protected] be src 13 clv, to me. The agency is located in calicut (Mr. Faisal, air-cool agencies, 3/939 iyyakkad complex, near english church, calicut-11) had delivered the above mentioned 3 air conditioners[protected] at my home. However, when they try to install it, they said the compressor of the 2 acs are not working and therefore need to change it. However, they installed the 3 and one was working fine. But later, he did not turn up with the new compressors. I contacted him several times, but every time i contacted he either gave excuses or refused to install it. This continued for several months and i tried every possible manner to contact the company but did not get any positive reply. Even the company people have not given any services to it. I request the company to provide me new air conditioners with the same configuration or return my money with reasonable interest. I hope the company will look at the matter with its seriousness and try to solve my issue as early as possible.

mitsubishi service people broke our air conditioner window (Mr slim) and not responding after that

I, Mr. Feroz Khan, have around 6 air conditioner of Mitsubishi at my house. I wouldn't have buy it if I knew about the pathetic service department in Bareilly (MCI plaza). My air conditioner (MR. Slim) wasn't working so I called up the dealer to fix the problem. After calling several times he sent two people to resolve the issue. I am so sure they're unskilled workers. Instead of fixing the issue they broke our air conditioner window and not coming again to fix the problem done by them only. I called up several times again but no hearing is done.
In fact, instead of doing something the dealer is taking his so called worker side. I want this problem to resolve soon as my daughter's wedding is also coming near. Hope possible action will be taken.

I had purchased mistubishi air condition dated on 26/5/11 which is install on dated 12th june and after installation its working only aprox one week properly and now totally colling down.I had made complaint to dealer which I had purchased OM ENGINEERS -VADODRA . they told me some gas problem may be there.They filled the gas but no result is there.Now they had give me service station no directrly number is 3095055.but not pick up the phone.
My complaint is
I dont want to give back this AC bcz no result is proper and no service is proper.So I want to purchse hitachi .SO give me refund my money ASAP and take back your AC
