poor quality construction and delay in possession of flat.

Me, my wife and my mother have purchased a 5bhk duplex penthouse no. A-1103 on 25/07/2019 for rs.3, 75, 00, 000/- (Rupees three crores seventy five lakhs only) from m/s. Sankalpana associates and mittal brothers pvt ltd in the project called "one nation", survey no.27, pimple saudagar, within the limits of pcmc area, pune - 411057.
The building completion certificate no. 243/2017 dated 20/04/2017.
We had purchased a raw flat as is where is basis without tiles, electrical and plumbing fittings. We were supposed to carry out the above mentioned work along with the painting after the legal possession of the flat.
After executing registration of the agreement and making entire payment to the developer we were supposed to take the possession of the flat immediately. But the developer has delayed the possession till date and not carried out waterproofing repair works inside and outside as committed by him. There is heavy leakages in the house and it is impossible to carryout interior work.
There has been lot of delay in possession and heavy leakages in the house and we have suffered huge mental and financial loss and we would like to have refund of our entire money with interest @ 24%. During the entire process we have regularly followed up with the developer's team and they have totally neglected to rectify and created mental trauma on us.
I request everyone to not trust this builder.

Few days back I went to my friends' home who lives in one of Mittal Brothers Projects "ATRIA". It is located in Tingre Nagar with the Pune Airport, Yerwada, Kalyani Nagar, Vishrantwadi and IT hubs in close distance. They are providing very good services to all people residing in the same building. It is a nice project by them with all modern amenities & after sales services.

A few months back i went to visit "Petals" a high end project by "MITTAL BROTHERS PUNE". This is an excellent residential scheme & it provides all affluent & modern amenities. The sample flats were amazingly awesome. I was quite impressed by the exclusive design of the flats. I will give it four out of five points.

I went there too to visit the "PETALS". It is amazing & I got impressed by the design and amenities offered by them. Its a modern & luxurious project by Mittal Brothers Pune. Planning to buy a flat there.

I have visited Crosswinds as one of my relative has bought a flat there. It is an affluent project by MITTAL BROTHERS PRIVATE LIMITED PUNE. It is a project of 3-4 BHK garden apartments & pent houses.They are providing luxurious & amazing amenities with spacious, airy rooms & natural light. The construction material is of the finest quality. The sales team were quite supportive & friendly while solving the queries. It was a good experience talking to them. They also provide good after sales services as one of my friend is residing in LIFE PARK NIBM & he is quite satisfied with the services provided by them. They are supportive in all the ways one can be. Friends please dont believe on bad words of mouth spread by others, first you go there & experience their services then make a perception of your own.

Some days back I went to visit "CROSSWINDS" with my friends who has bought a flat there. It is an excellent & affluent residential project by Mittal Brothers Private Limited Pune in Baner. The amenities they are offering are premium & exclusive construction material is used in flats. The rooms were very spacious, airy & natural light coming from all the sides. The sales team were very supportive & they answered all the queries very nicely. It was completely a good experience visiting that place.

I am also a customer of "Mittal brothers Pune" as I have booked a flat in GREENHIVE @ Hadapsar. Its an economical homes' project of one Room Kitchen i.e. One BHK Apartments. Its a modern & economical project that provide good facilities & services to people within their budget. Flats design is very nice & impressive & room is also very spacious & airy. They very good sales staff who are very cooperative & very polite in nature. I do recommend this project to people who want to have a home within certain budget.

I visited at Crosswinds with my friend. it is one descent project in Baner . Flats were very attractive. Rooms are spacious & airy with full of light & overall layout is well planned. I like all the amenities as they were very exclusive & affluent. Specifications gives feel of luxurious living. The whole project is attractive & amazing.

AN HONEST & RELIABLE BUILDER IN PUNE
I bought a flat from "Mittal Brothers Pune" years back. The owner is so kind & I do not feel that he is money oriented. We had a good flat in a prime locality with good price. Even after years has been passed they are providing all the services they promised.
I strongly recommend this builder, and read all fake reviews & I feel all these APPRECIATIONS are from competitors who doesn’t want to grow this company further & trying to spoil the image of this company.
I request all readers to feel the reality rather than getting confused more by reading these fake reviews.

I had a tension free dealing with "MITTAL BROTHERS" when I bought a flat from them in "CROSSWINDS" BANER. Its an exclusive & premium project by them. I got very good support from the staff when we wanted to make some changes to the interior design. Staffs were always approachable. They listen all queries & revert very kindly.

They have been supportive in all ways one can be...have given good after sales service...infact for may of their clients they go out of way to help them...

I like the specifications & layout. Specifications gives feel of luxurious living. The whole project is attractive.
