Yesterday I traveled MJT TRAVELS HE COLLECTED 1000Rs OF 700Rs. 300 rs not returned. I asked several times. But he told me when you reach your place on that time you will get the money. But he is fighting on that time. I don't know how can I getting my money. This time only I know the value for money reason is last two months I don't have any job. So please consider my issue. I accepted I am foul but don't face the issue aged people and middle class members. And college students. I noted the bus number little bit only Bus number : TN 01: 1221 please take action of this it's my humble request...

I booked a ticket from chennai to Karaikudi from MJT online portal, I got debited INT 998 but not received ticket, but I received a mail that they received money and the transaction ID ect.,
I called, WhatsApp and email to the contact details which they gave in their website. No response. The second day one guy took the phone and disconnected immediately. When I tried again they cut the call.. I am sure they read my message and not ready to return the money. It is like cheating. Worst experience .

Bus has broken parts inside. Engine and running condition not checked before the journey. People's life are in jeopardy and the travels are totally not worried about this. This travel company has to be banned totally....

My parents need to travelling for a Medical emergency to my father from trichy to chennai. I booked a A/C sleeper bus for them. They had informed that the bus has cancelled only in the last minute and for the same ticket they provided seats in some bus which was said as ac seater, but ac was not functioning and seats were not proper, and they were not ready to provide a ticket to the one year old child with the difference amount, instead my parents had to pay.. It was told that the bus will start by 1:30 pm, but they are waiting in the bus for more than 1:30 hours and they didnt start the bus even after continual request to start the bus and they are not ready to refund the amount also. This is really unprofessional. Highly unprofessional and ignorant towards passengers..

Driver murugesh is behaves very badly with all passengers... Nature'scall is normal for all good human being... After bus starts 2 hours laters few passenger requested for it... He behave's very worst with pessangers using unparliamentary words. As a common man u can't do anything while he shouting us. Need someone to warn this kind of drivers. Natural calls a very common and we can't plan this, since this driver knows about it and treating us... If he ask us to stay till next stop surely we will but he shouting us with bad words we felt very bad about the situation... Since i was traveling with my family i can't argyw like him...
