I have booked the bus ticket from paytam but at the same time the ticket was canceled by the mk travels & there is no refund given till the date I have attached the message

I was booked bus tickets by redBus of mk Travels my seat no is AB but when I got on the bus, bus operators is not allowing me to seat on my booked seat and he was not given a seat to me and my father put to sleep on the ground. My father is 64 years old... Bus operator is sell my seat to another customer and get extra and maximum mony for this seat...

I was attached my indica v2 lx ka07 a6053 (from jan to may) car to mk travels under incharge of venkatadri travels but unfortunately my car was meet on accident on 29/05/2016.
It was major loss. that day we are in the hospital because my brother and driver injured.

That day car was in the accident spot only to police verification. that day night some one is stolen the gps device in my car.
I was requsted to venkatadri travels owner nagendra to dedect the amount the cost of gps device and remaining amount to issue but he is telling the honeywell company has not given the cheqe for my car.

I request you sir kindly enquary this and do needfully because i have lot of financial problems.
