A beautiful service like MMTS is not being used to its full capacity.
1. The stations look orphan - no attentive police/security personnel. Behave indifferently to people crossing tracks.
2. Purchasing tickets with a simple QR code is a big deal. A typical govt service mentality staff, Plz hire metro staff on contract.
3. No information is displayed on any board on arrival of trains and train routs as well.

My father was traveling from kacheguda to ananthapur on 7th September by yeswantpur exp.time of departure is 9:05pm.so my father and mother both were started from chandanagar mmts to kacheguda at 6:39pm.i thought there was plenty of time so that my parents can reach early and catch the train.pnr number is[protected].their badluck is mmts train reached to kacheguda at 9:30pm.how can a mmts train takes 3hours from chanda nagar to...

What's this MMTS Train Timings are not having any Perfect timings?????...
Haphazard Management of MMTS Train Timings.
When People are believed of reaching the destination in time, but are unable to reach and keep up promises to Bosses & contract work to be attended are being Annoyed with the Haphazard timing and loosing the jobs.

Trouble while boarding and getting down the train

Hello Team,
I am a regular traveller in MMTS to and fro Hitech-city, Since 1 month i am not seeing the trains coming on time, because of this the number of passengers are increasing drastically and not able to board the train on time. Most of them are in a hurry to reach the destination on time, but due to delays passengers are facing lot many problems.
One more important point i want to discuss is in ladies...

It has been observed that there are passengers travelling in first class without the tickets and with general tickets in MMTS.
There is no one checking for passes or tickets in the trains. knowing the fact that the train is completely packed.
