I have placed an order of Sony Xperia E1 D2105 touchscreen but mobileemart delivered me Xperia C2105 later I have contacted them to replace it but they denied to pickup from my home instead they said I have to send the item through courier to them.. Mobile emart have delivered the wrong product so it is their responsibility to deliver the proper item.This is the way of electronic shopping? Others company are cooperative but what happened...

Hello sir[protected] ko maine mobile emart se realme 3 pro ki touch with display panel order kiya tha jiska order i'd number[protected] hai and transaction id number[protected] hai and payment 2350/ rs ka hua tha sir pehle ye order 7 day processing me aa raha tha phir[protected] ko cancel ho gya or abhi bhi cancel aa raha hai but refund abhi tak ni hua sir me app se request karta meri help kare aap ki ati kirpa hogi...
