On Instagram the person was selling mobile phone at low rate so after asking few enquiries it's seems to genuine he asked for 25% advance and rest after delivery
I didn't paid a large amount still it's a big toll no me so please take some definite action against this personal and help tax paying citizens from such fraud

Paid full amount but still not received the product

The person calls himself Mahavir jakhar son of Hari Ram jakhar.owner of Mobile selling hub.Shop no.D-11-C lokhandwala market Andheri West Mumbai 400053.
The person has multiple Instagram and YouTube account..where he displayes mobile phones on low rates.he has an active WhatsApp account with the number [protected].
I selected a ph but he asked me to pay him 2500 in advance and 7500 to be paid after I get my parcel.But i didn't receive any parcel.when asked to return my money, he misbehaved and stopped taking my calls.Kindly take action against this person and his profiles.
