I have ordered vide reference no. MKS[protected] for 32000 mAH blue Sony Power bank with bluetooth headphone as offered by the company. But I was delivered power bank of "MI PLUS" make that too without warranty/guarantee card through courier ECOMEXPRESS WAYBILL NO. [protected]. The headphone is also different and defective. I have tried to contact in the mobile no. [protected] for return and refund but there is no satisfactory solution. They replied that there is no mention of brand and make of the item in the order and the supplied item is as per order.

Am purchase a level u Bluetooth headset.
It's came through delhivery courier.
When I opened the parcel. Am found this one a different colour & not working condition. Order number is[protected].
It's oder as cash on delivery. Am also paid INR 1099/- for this..
When I trying to contact with mobilekarts.com there is no option to reach them.

I want to return this order & refund my fund.
Please help on this.

I have purchased a combo of 64 gb and 128 gb memory card for rs 799 from mobilekart.com vide order no.17774. But both of the memory cards are defective. Loading memories on these cards getting automatically deleted. I have mailed a complaint to [protected]@mobilekart but no such address found by gmail.com. I have been cheated by mobilekart.com. Is there any way to get the refund?

I have a trust on consumer complaints forum that can resolve my issue that i am facing since last few days.

I purchased a combo of micro sd cards of 128gb and 64gb
On dated 17/11/2017 with order no 9145 of rs 799 that shown on this link "https://mobilekart.co/collections/combos/products/pack-of-64gb-128-gb-micro-sd-...⇄

But when i was received this package from courier boy on dated[protected] then this package contains one 128gb memory card and one pen drive of 64gb instead of memory card of 64gb. And the packing was so cheap that clearly shows the products are fake.

Here i received package from"nufashionkart.com"but my ordered was placed on"mobilecart.co". I didn't understand the role of"nufashionkart.com"here in my order.

When i am trying to test those products with my pc then only for 4gb of data i need to wait for 2-3 hrs with transfer speed of 200-300kbps. And most surprisingly thing is that both product are corrupted.

This is worst transfer speed of data between any devices but website shows the transfer speed of 100mbps. That means the product are not genuine and does not meet the feature specified on website and this type of selling of products make people fool and company have intention to make a money with this type of fraud scam.

I write a return request mail on each day after receiving this package to website support mail"[protected]@mobilekart.co" but they cant reply me.
I wrote 5-6 mail till now but no any reply from them.

So what could i do now.
