I have ordered a fossil smart watch of cost 14995 and due to some reasons I canceled my order.myntra app is showing that refund was initiated successfully thisorning but I couldn't get any refund money.

I added 4957 to my mobiwiki wallet to coindcx wallet with tax and charges of 1%. On 4-12-21 . After that it was showing on mobiwiki wallet that your transaction is successful but in reality not credited to my coin dcx wallet.
Even coin dcx wallet didnt respond on it

I made a transaction on 4th June 2021 to XXX bank account from Mobiwiki, destination bank account company confirmed they didn't receive the amount and asked me to follow up with c.

During my follow up with Mobiwiki, they will ask me to share few documents. Which I've shared with them multiple times. Its been 4 months now, still mobiwiki is saying they are analyzing the transaction records. Not sure if they are in the digital world or still using paper transaction as it is taking this much time !!!
