This is Architect Swati Mahajan from Conceptual Design Studio. I want to register complaint for the Glass fittings at 2 of my competed sites. Complaint: At both the sites the mirrors put are showing black / brown marks in less than 4months of installation.

This has caused serious damage to my firm reputation.

Lasting impression of Mist formation on Surface of Mirror of Dressing Table even after clearing.This is very embarrassing to us and as well as to the our guests.

I had approached my carpenter who states that they had contacted the your dealer who had stated that the mirror has been cut and sized hence he is unable to approach you with the problem.

As an Engineer with long experience in Insurance Survey of the Claims of your Products in Kolkata is of the firm opinion that this is an issue related to manufacturing defect in your line of production and lack of quality control issues.

I would trust you as a reputed Manufacturer would definitely act upon to resolve the issue.

We bought Mirror Glass of Mody Guard Co. from his authorise dealer Mogra Glass Corporation , Ahmedabad for my Jewellers' Show Room . After 6 months there are many types of Black Spot made on the Mirrors. We complaint to the Company & Dealer many time . One Day Company's representative come to my show room & check the mirror & said that this is Dealer's fault not my Co.'s fault & go back & Dealer said that this is Co.'s fault not my fault & ups his hands.

Now what I have to do? Where I have to Go?
