Modway Furniture India Complaints & Reviews

We ordered a 3-Door Shoe Rack with Legs(₹2250.00), Dark-Wenge and Executive Rolling Office Chair Desk, Black(₹2999.00) on March 31st, 2021. We received a confirmation email on [protected]@gmail.com, from [protected]@modwayfurniture.in regarding our order no - [protected]. Later, we received another email stating that the order will take further more time to be delivered. When we had checked the address it showed Gurgaon-Haryana. But now that website is no more active or seen. Also, no customer care number or email id was given.
We want a refund of the amount of Rs 4479/- on the same account we made the payment to Modway furniture at the earliest. We haven't heard from Modway anytime after 17th April 2021. Kindly help us with the same.

I have ordered two product from modway furniture india website.and had done the payment through paytm upi from my union bank of india . Amount of rs 25000.but not received any delivery yet nor any refund.they r not picking up the call. I had all details regarding this purchasing .sending u the details n requesting u to chargeback the whole amount from merchant's bank.pls help me out with this.

Similar to the deckup.in website fraud reported here few months back (link of the previous complaint - https://www.consumercomplaints.in/deckup-in-fraud-fake-e-commerce-website-c27370...⇄ Modwayfurniture.in seems to be a replication of the same, just changed name and GST number from the previous, address is the same. Their website, claims, and prices were quite attractive that I purchased for Rs. 5000, UPI payment, also got order confirmation to my mail from . Communication was done through a whatsapp number [protected] provided in their website, but now there is no response from the number. Website is still active, still the promotion is continued in google. Google search shows many have purchased from this website and are now not getting any response.

Requesting to probe this matter and help us all. Pls guide how to proceed.
