I had ordered tab for rs 2999/-, paid thru credit card,, no response from from their help/assistance,

Kindly take an early action so that many can be saved...

Have worked purchase one tablet from your website but till that i haven't received any response from your support team however i have mailed them more than three times but still there is no response
My paid order is mgs1573....

I purchased telecast laptop from this website on 8th August . Made payment by credit card. Laptop not received .I called their helpline number [protected]. They are telling me order is cancelled. When I asked for refund they said give Google Pay no., download any desk app, .It is a scam. Please take action against it and help me get my money back...

In online web mogigs.in on last 8th aug 2020. The item cost was rs 2999.
I rev. The order summary.
I mail to them what is the status of my order no reply from there. After i saw and search the same type of complaint from your site.
So please help me to get my money
