I have ordered a Printer from your moglix mobile app of Rupees 9918/- and i paid the sum of amount from upi payment option (google pay).
Amount has been debited from my account, but in order history it shows payment fail.
Kindly help me from the above mention problem or refund my money

I have ordered one sphygmomanometer from Moglix online store for rupees 949.00. I received the same two days back and while unpacking the box I noticed that the main display unit was not packed properly, seemed to be used before and found minute scratches on the LCD screen. I informed the same to Moglix for an exchange/ return of the same with possible images taken by my mobile camera. However after reviewing they rejected my request with reason that they can't find any scratches on the display unit from the image, which can be clearly visible if looked closely with naked eyes. Since I payed for a genuine brand new product, a damaged used product is not acceptable for me. Kindly help me in this regard to sort out this issue amicably.
